Hi! I love your account. you are soo sweet and kind too♡˖ i have a question ( sorry If I sound soo dumb, i am new in loa). So basically i have *very unrealistic dreams* it is not about sp or money or good grades. I want to be very very good in maths and physics ( like Albert Einstein, Sir Ramanujan and my professers etc.) without studying and practicing!! i want to knowing every concept, being able to solve any problem/ Q of math and physics. But I always used to be very *bad* at math. Idk I feel like I can't fulfill my this dream because I don't even properly Know bacis of these subject yk what I am trying to say. I have never seen anyone manifesting something like this. So is it possible if I actually apply the law and persist?? Sorry for venting!

how to get out of a spiral!

hi sweetie! this is a very common struggle that we all go through from time to time. that being said, here are my personal step by step guide to getting out of a spiral.

1. stop everything + relax

the main cause of a spiral is usually a result of seeing something unfavorable in the 3d and becoming overwhelmed. you feel like it's difficult to change the circumstance. therefore you force yourself to go 2x harder trying to "fix" the 3d, (personally, i tend to affirm even more, repress emotions, over-consume info), which ultimately makes you feel worse. so, i would recommend that you take a break from ALL things manifesting-related for a few days to a week. delete tumblr, instagram, unsubscribe from loa youtube channels, whatever. in this time period, i suggest that you do meditation and journal out your feelings. let yourself feel any emotions and vent out whatever's bothering you. don't keep it all bottled up. do some deep breathing and take some time for yourself!

2. work on your self-concept ONLY

after you feel like you've taken enough time "off" from manifesting consciously, now you can start easing back in. i recommend choosing 1-3 self-concept affirmations to repeat throughout your day whenever you feel like it, or when you're in SATS. i'd suggest working on your self-concept for another few days to a few weeks, (and forever honestly, cause self concept is all you really need).

here are some neutral affirmations, and a list of really good general self-concept affirmations.

3. be still and know...and don't seek validation from the 3d

this isn't really a "step" but just a good mindset to implement. you guys, when you're truly in the state of KNOWING, whether it be knowing you'll get your desires or knowing you already have your desires, you will be much less likely to spiral. why? well, as i stated in the first point, we spiral primarily bc we experienced something unfavorable in the 3d. but when we're in the state of knowing, we KNOW that the 3d is temporary and that our desires ARE COMING!! it's inevitable, therefore there's no reason to spiral over something that won't even last.

“let the facts remain. they’ll dissolve. they’ll all dissolve because you’re going to remain faithful and occupy the state.” - neville goddard (check out this ask by @thisdreamplace, where i found this quote :3)

i love this quote bc it talks about acknowledging the 3d, but not letting it affect you. it will DISSOLVE!! there's no need to stress over a temporary circumstance. KNOW that you already have your desires in your 4d (aka imagination), which means that the 3d as no choice but to reflect it.

Manifestation tip:

When you find a method that you like and you believe that works, GET THE FUCK OUT OF TUMBLR, YT, TWITTER AND ANYTHING ELSE RELATED TO LOAS AND START MANIFESTING.

I'm saying this because yesterday I found out about the 10k affirmations challenge, today I started affirming and then I went on tumblr.

Everything seemed fine, untill I saw one person saying "why people are doing this challenge when there's this, and that…" and shit like that.

I ignored it, kept scrolling and there were more people shitting on this challenge.

I know it can be pretty demoralizing, so don't even bother reading other's people opinions on your method. It's your method and your rules.

So get off social media, start manifesting whatever you want however you want, and come back only when you have a success story.

HOW TO DO THE 10K AFFIRMATION CHALLENGE

This is a simple step by step guide on how to do the 10K affirmation challenge! I see so many people over complicating this so here is a simple post that explain's ALL YOU NEED TO DO. I have seen some other account's post about how to do it but you all still seem to be confused so in this post I only added necessary information! Enjoy

1.Search up "Counter" on the App Store or Playstore! (Majority of the counter app's are useable, there's not only "one right app"!)

2.Make BLANKET affirmation's that are related to your desire's! This is much more convenient/easier to repeat 10,000 time's. Example of non blanket affirmation's: 🍀 I have big lip's 🍀 I have a small nose 🍀 I have clear skin 🍀 I have an hourglass body 🍀I have long hair Example of a blanket affirmation that cover's all 5 appearance changes above: 🍀I look like my desired appearance

3.Every chance you get affirm your blanket affirmation. Every time you affirm, make sure you use the counter app to track how many affirmation's you're at!Example:

Divya want's to manifest clear skin! Divya decided she will do the 10K affirmation challenge! Divya does the step's above and now she affirm's everytime she is in the shower, is washing dishes, going on a walk, cleaning her room, etc … (Basically, every free thinking time she has … she affirm's!) in 3 day's Divya has already reached her goal and her desire has manifested!

This is about you, and this is FOR YOU. Everyone is going to have a different take on it, and everyone is going to have a different level to challenge themselves on. What I mean is someone may find it easier to do it in one day because they already affirm often. We’re all starting at different points. Originally I though 10k sounded like a lot and that using science with the law was kinda contradictory, but the more I learn about it the more it makes sense to me. I picked the affirmation “I have everything” and will be repeating that. I’m excited to saturate my mind with having everything I want, and I’ll try to update on what happens.

My results doing @starnightlover’s Miracle Maker 7 Days Challenge!!!

I was manifesting SP and at the moment, nothing happened. That doesn’t mean everything is bad, don’t come for me or Star because I know the community can be a bit sensitive when it comes to trying to prove that the law is wrong 😂.

While there was times I couldn’t count because I was working or attending emergencies, I did affirm in my head and sometimes affirm randomly outside the 45 minutes since this was an easier affirmation compared to the previous one I chose the previous time.

Still, the affirmation I used this time really resonates with me to the point that whenever I have a thought that doesn’t align with the results I want, I shut it up with that affirmation. I feel really calm as well and I really think that things will go amazing. It also helped me not give a f to the 3D.

While I did not get him immediately, there was something beautiful that happened yesterday just when I was going to sleep and considered the challenge done.

I was calmly getting ready for bed, I have OCD so my rituals before bed are skincare, making sure my pets have everything they need, cuddle them and then tidy my desk so everything is good for when I wake up. I was tidying my desk and suddenly I see one of my pets managing to remove my backpack from a chair I have and opening it. It was a lot of noise and I see them removing something from my backpack and I run to them. It was SP’s hoodie that I keep with me always as a way to remind me he’s already with me. Because of the summer, I just really didn’t take it out or done something to it for months.

Right when I was scolding my pet and I grabbed the hoodie to shake the fur out of it, I heard something outside my window and a surge of light filled my room. It was fireworks, just right at the moment I grabbed the hoodie. One of the things that SP and I love is to watch fireworks together, so I wore the hoodie over my shoulders like he was passing his arm around me and watched the fireworks. I didn’t feel sad, I didn’t cry, I didn’t wonder anything. I just watched and said “Aren’t they beautiful, SP?”. I was really calm and just continued my night routine as soon they were over.

It was really like having my anime moment. This is really something that I like since I got into LoAss, that things that I see in stories happen to me and I really feel like the main character.

Since I liked this challenge, I’ll probably do it again this week but more generalized like affirming that everything bends to my will or something like that.

Don’t feel discouraged guys, to me this was worth it because I feel calm and that fireworks moment was worth everything.

Starting @starnightlover’s “7 Days Miracle Maker Challenge” right now.

I want to manifest SP to try this, even though I feel like I’m already in Sabbath state.

Affirmation: SP is my perfect man and committed to me.

I am not settling for less, I want him to be committed to me BUT I want him to be my perfect man. This is a miracle challenge after all lol.

I’ll be using the “Periodic Timer” and “My Counter - Tally Counter” apps to manage the time and counting my affirmations.

I’ll be taking it easy this week. I will do work and also go through my book and videogame backlog. I’m very chill right now after all.

Today is Monday already and Full Moon on Capricorn (my SP’s rising sign), the universe is on my side but it better give me a perfect SP or I don’t want his ass lol. I’m wayyyyy too worthy to settle for less.

there is always movement happening behind the scenes within the 3d even though we cannot see it & us loa lovers can do instant manifestation is just that we have limiting beliefs that is in the way that stops us from getting our stuff like our instant manifestations

now our limiting beliefs can be fixed of course but yes that sometimes stops us from getting what we want

- wavering because of us getting all worried about our desires even though we literally have them fulfilled already within the precious good looking 4d & yk what I might as well say this who cares if the desire did not come in the 3d it showed up in the 4d & the 4d is all that matters we are supposed to be/feel our manifestations anyways not exactly take it from the 3d so plz don't let the 3d bring you down bc you didn't 'get' your desires from it

stay delusional & continue imagining in the 4d yall

- is worrying about time time does not at all exist your desires can quite literally come at anytime & besides it is a man made concept anyways the only reason of to why your desire that haves a deadline or whatever did not come bc you prob worried about 'when' it will arrive when it did in the 4d already & you also worried about smt that does not exist for loa which is once again time

- you are lacking persistence & discipline now babe why are you somewhat purposefully stopping yourself from getting your own desires you could be the girl that haves her desires by now & showing everyone that success story but no you keep on getting in your own way now start persisting & disciplining yourself if you want that dream life of yours or just forever stay in the cycle of lack of persistence & discipline your choice

- comparing yourself & your loa journey to others now that isnt helping you at all within your very own loa journey at all isn't it no it is just making things take longer to happen for yourself due to you discouraging/demovaiting yourself because you think that the person who haves their desires or whatever is far much better than you & or they can achieve better success than you even though it isn't true like no babe

I literally manifested a session that I did not feel like doing today get cancelled on purpose through only affirming & I only affirmed that it would 3 times & once I was done I said 'it is done' & detached from my desire completely

now at first I was kinda hesitant to do that because I thought that it wouldn't work but hey it worked anways today & that is all that matters

so yeah there is my proof that instant manifestation is a real thing that was my very first manifestation btw that had happened today am actually so proud of myself for successfully manifesting that even if it is a small manifestation

48 hour challenge results !!

the updates

- clear skin.

ok so, my skin isn’t 100% crystal clear but my pimples became smaller and like, another thing i affirmed for was glass skin and the overall skin on my face is much smoother and even now. like it’s not a major glow up but i can notice an improvement since the first day, and i can tell that in a few days my skin will actually be fully clear, so i’m happy with these results.

- sleep paralysis.

honestly i wasn’t expecting to get sleep paralysis, nor was i even trying because i actually was away from home, on vacation during the weekend and sharing a room with my family members so i wasn’t about to start doing my method with people all around me. i know i don’t need a method like wbtb for sleep paralysis but, for me, the closest i got to sp was with this method. anyways, i didn’t get it. but i was able to strengthen my assumptions surrounding sleep paralysis and i feel like affirming positively for it like i did these past 48 hours only did me good. sooo, my goal for the future is to just keep persisting. usually this would be the part of my journey in which i give up due to not seeing any movement in the 3d but i know better now and now is the time i have to persist the most, there’s always movement and since i have my desire (sleep paralysis) right now in the 4d it is only a matter of time before it shows up in my 3d soon enough. why? because my 3d perfectly reflects my 4d, no matter what, because i said so.

- best case scenarios.

ok this!!! this was the best results i got from this challenge! i was on vacation with my family and i was kinda dreading it because they are all really close and even though they make an effort to include me and always are super sweet to me, i oftentimes felt like an outsider but this time that was not the case at all. i had so much fun!! literally everything went perfectly, it was like we were together all the time and it honestly was just such a blast. i really had not wanted to go but now i’m so so so happy.

+ other successes.

- on the day we were leaving for vacation, my uncle who was meant to pick me up texted at 3am that he would pick us up at 10am but i was asleep and didn’t see the text. so i woke up in the morning at 9:40 am and had to pack and get ready and i was panicking and then i affirmed like 3x ‘everything always works out perfectly for me’ and then literally 10 seconds later i get a text from him saying he was actually coming at 10:30am

- i saw 3 shooting stars!! (i always wanted to see one and i’d never seen one before)

- i felt super comfortable in my own skin! i wasn’t overthinking every little thing i did and was able to just relax and enjoy the moment and the company of the people i was with. i didn’t feel self conscious in a bikini, i didn’t feel judged for being myself and i just felt happy overall.

final thoughts

i enjoyed this challenge! having a clear outline of my goals and affirmations really helped me and it felt so good to see things fall into place just by controlling my thoughts. i reminded myself that i am god. i am the operant power and i am the one who has power over the 3d, not the other way around. i loved having my affirmations listed out on my original post because i was able to keep going back to them and affirm whenever i wanted. i still have a long way to go but i think this was a great challenge not only because i got results, but also because i was able to work on my loa skills by being mindful of my mental diet and being consistent with the same affirmations for the 48 hour duration of the challenge. this is also a really good challenge for beginners to try since it is short and really allows you to witness your own power by bringing desires to you in a period of 48 hours.

48 hour challenge !!

i decided to try @zen-shu ‘s new 48 hour challenge!! i’ve never tried a loa challenge on tumblr, and i’ve seen so many people getting amazing results so here is my take:

backstory

my self concept is not perfect, i get my fair share of doubts & limiting beliefs, i have a lot of failed void attempts but, regardless of everything i always keep going. i believe in the law 100% and i’ve already managed to manifest many things for myself. something i need to work on the most is probably persisting and remaining in the state of knowing that the 3d will conform once i’ve claimed my desires in the 4d. therefore, these are the main pointers i will carry in my mind for the next 48 hours over which i will complete this challenge!!

what i will be manifesting

- clear skin.

my skin is prone to it’s up and down periods, but recently it’s been a little bit too down for my liking so i will be manifesting my pimples clearing up and just to have overall clearer and smoother skin!

- sleep paralysis.

as i mentioned above, entering the void state is something i desire but i haven’t had any success with the good old lie down and affirm method. sooo, i did my research and i found the sleep paralysis method which really interested me and caught my attention for being so easy and straightforward. sleep paralysis is a natural human body mechanism and not dangerous at all, so there’s nothing to be worried about!! it’s also a great tool for manifesting, shifting and entering the void state - all of which we love here :) therefore, i want to manifest having sleep paralysis regularly so that i can experiment with it and use it to my advantage.

- best case scenarios.

over the course of this weekend, im gonna have to be in some situations that i REALLY wish i didn’t have to but i can’t get out of going anymore sooo… anyways, when life give you lemons, you just affirm against unwanted circumstances, right? so that’s what i’ll be doing, whatever happens i’m just going to live firmly in my 4d (this is hard for me so i’m really setting this goal for myself and making a point to stick to this even when my emotions take over)

what i will be doing

- assuming i always manifest in 48 hours, or less.

aside from my affirmations, whenever i catch myself wavering or want to redirect my thoughts without pulling out my whole affirmations list, i will simply stop and affirm that i always manifest my desires easily and effortlessly in 48 hours.

- persist in the state of knowing.

this post, also from zen’s blog, is super helpful!! it really helped my mindset and works as a good pick-me-up for whenever i feel demotivated and start to have doubts about my desires, it helps to come here and be reminded that all that truly matters is the 4d.

- mental diet/affirming.

and last but certainly not least: we affirmate. i want to saturate my mind with my affirmations and create natural thought patterns that align with my desired state - the wish fulfilled. this will help me to live in the end, so i’ll be affirming all throughout the day. i sometimes overcomplicate affirming because i have some law of attraction baggage in which i sometimes think i need to feel my affirmations and i get stressed out when i’m just repeating my affirmations in my thoughts and think i’m doing it wrong? there is no wrong way to manifest, i don’t have to feel or even believe in my affirmations, all i have to do is persist in my repeated positive thoughts (this is a major note to self!!). so, i’ll do this by affirming when i think of my desires and going through my affirmation list first thing when i wake up & last thing before bed!!

Live in the end: Go straight to your imagination and dwell there. Feel it to be real. Assume that what you’re imagining truly IS your reality. Do this until you feel fulfilled and the state of having your desire feels natural to you. The 4D is the BLUEPRINT for the 3D. You’re not manifesting your desire. You are simply reflecting what you are: which is the assumptions that you have accepted to be true. — What I manifested with this challenge: I did this challenge on 21/7/22 & 22/7/22. I’m already living my dream life so there is nothing I wanted for myself. Hence, I manifested several things for my beloved younger brother. With his consent, I manifested a full scholarship ride to university, his sweet, caring dream girl, getting picked by an international sports team, deep misty blue eyes, the ability to fly without wings & be invisible on command. He also has the ability to manifest instantly & can enter the void at will.

so many of you guys do not cut yourselves a break, a lot of the times you guys punish yourselves for not doing it “perfectly” or you compare yourself to a blogger/ a person whether thats online or offline, i just want to tell you that whether you believe it or not, you do not have to punish yourself. you dont have to constantly criticise yourself.

this is a journey, we are going to go back and spiral, we are going to go back on the old story, we are going to confuse ourselves, we are going to overconsume, we are going to overcomplicate. thats just a part of it. so many of us have experienced it, its so common.

but when those things happen— lets not demonise it and label it as something we should punish ourselves for. lets look back on it. accept that we have done that thing & treat it lightly.

instead when we come across those issues, become aware of it, be kinder to yourself and see what you can do better.

what was it like to enter the void state for the first time

was it scary at first due to the fact that you were yk all formless & shit

idk why but I feel like me reacting to myself being all formless is going to freak me out a tad bit before I do get all relaxed since yk the void state is supposed to be all relaxing & junk but yeah

Idk why? But I can manifest my appearance and face,body changes really quick but when it comes to my surroundings(like my fam and lovelife) I totally suck at it I have been trying to manifest my ideal bf for 2 months and I once saw my ideal person(passing by stranger) but never again (I wanna be engaged to him)

Okay so first of all, let's go back to the basics!!

Assumptions = New reality

You shift to a different reality when you create assumptions in your favour or against. So what you're doing wrong is, creating a assumption against in your favour. You think that you suck at changing your surroundings, so now it's a fact. So, from now on leave the old story behind (that you cannot manifest your surroundings) and start to adapt to new story (that you can manifest ANYTHING).

So what you have to do now is, create a new assumption which aligns with your favour. Start affirming that "I'm a master at manifesting", "I can manifest anything I want, instantly", "i manifest easily and effortlessly". This will improve your self concept and boost your self confidence for manifestation.

Also, when you're affirming for self concept, take a break from affirming for your ideal guy or whatever you're manifesting. Just work on your self concept firstly!!

Now, that you know that you're a master at manifesting and that you can manifest literalyyy anything. It wouldn't be hard for you to manifest a man, my girl. It will be easy peasy. All you have to do is affirm and persist in those affirmations. Start living in your imagination because 4D is the ONLY REAL REALITY. 3D is nothing BUT a bitch of 4D. So stop caring about whatever you see in 3D.
