Saturday's are best started with a Super Seed Smoothie! SUPER SEED SMOOTHIE 1 frozen banana 1 cup cashew milk, or other nut milk 1 serving of Sunwarrior Classic Vanilla Protein powder 1 serving of Sunwarrior Sprouted Barley 2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp milled flax seed 1 date, seed removed dash of cinnamon optional: splash of maple syrup for added sweetness 1) Blend all ingredients until smooth. 2) Enjoy!
