Lifestyle Change

Starting this week, I’ve started to make some changes. I need to be a healthier, happier me! I’m doing this along with my best friend and we are not doing any crash diets. Just switching to healthier food alternatives, adding small workouts and cutting the drinking down(after I finish the previously opened bottle of wine in my fridge.) Looking forward to seeing the changes within my myself and looking forward to fitting my clothes again 😊

Welcome to My Mind

Giving this blogging thing a go even if no one reads it. This will be my diary of what goes on in my boring Florida girl life. It's hard when you love the one you know you don't need. When you know you'd give them the world if they asked for it...when you have feelings, that you know will get you nowhere. It's dangerous. But you feel anyways...because, you know it's better to feel that love and, have it taken away, than to feel nothing at all.
