Had an interesting day last week with my new camera at Zoorasia in Yokohama, Japan. Here’s a couple of my favourite photographs. A penguin, a meerkat and an ocelot. Penguins do not look how I expected at all. I feel lied to by the Penguins of Madagascar. Skipper, Private, Rico and Kowalski have a lot to answer for....

Sakura season is starting here in Japan again. I love seeing the plum blossoms and then the sakura. I feel so lucky to be living my second year here. It’s giving me a good chance to use my new camera.
