Anyways Deltarune spoilers below I won’t talk about everything because I might draw it instead so ya (also lazy rn)
Starting with this
The residents of Castletown helping Susie with her date with Noelle was fun to watch
Talking to Tenna and telling him that Noelle has a flatscreen made me laugh, I keep looking at this picture and it continues to make me laugh
The festival was fun to play in! I mostly let Susie and Noelle do their things together, it was cute, especially the lake scene (in contrast to uhm you’ll see)
All of the enemies I encountered were cool I liked them
I was so confused on the scissor enemies though I didn’t know what to do
All areas that you travel through are amazing, soundtrack and everything (SUNSET OF 7 SUNS!!!!!) it felt unique and it kinda reminded me of Little Big Planet 1 for some reason lol
The shopkeeper was cool, didn’t get the mystery key though
I LOVED THE FLOWERS!!!! THEY WERE SO LOVELY! Green was my favorite, everyone loves Green
A lot of the sprites were really funny, like these ones here
Also I hated Flowery and I made a comment that he might die as like a way to make us remorse him
I was right.
I did feel bad that he basically got killed, he literally went off at the Knight even when his stats were fake, bro was a real one I give him that
Also when he first appeared I did NOT expect to see an anime sequence I was so confused lol, I thought I had accidentally clicked out of my game or something when it appeared
Then Susie going home to castletown was sweet I loved it
Anyways my thoughts of the other route
my god
When I looked it up, i did not believe it was 30 minutes, I thought it was just a shortened version of cutscenes
That’s terrifying, I literally don’t know what to say about it

Okay so first up!
Theater Experience!
It was very nice the both times that I went! There were only small talks during Episode 8 but it wasn’t noticeable or anything! Everyone just went in, watched it, and then left! Nothing too major but felt like sharing!
Oh yeah and watching Episode 8 was so cool, the sound was amazing (even though it blasted the bass too hard sometimes and wanted to rip my ear drums) but other than that it was awesome
Okay now for the actual movie!
Thoughts on Episode 9!
It was definitely a lot to process! And even though it’s been two weeks I am still thinking about it (also some of what I’ve written doesn’t have everything because uh I mostly forgot)
The gang being brain scans was not something I was too surprised about but in a good way! It made sense in the way that explained on where their bodies were in the real world
I think that statement is like simple to say??? Idk I’m writing this while I’m tired and it’s hot out
Anyways continuing on
Jax.
Damn that was interesting
Abstracting because they just wouldn’t let themselves open the door. That was crazy
I kinda knew they would abstract but it was so sudden, like the feeling of somebody you knew being there and then they’re just gone in the next second
And entering their psyche?? AND THE MEMORIES (also I’m gonna be honest I was SO confused about the doors and stuff, like I got that these were the INTERPRETATIONS of the others from Jax’s POV but it was so “what just happened” lol)
Also Jax being trans? She looked so happy with the bow that Ribbit gave her. (I’m reading the interpretation like correctly right? I’ve been seeing people argue its interpretation but??? Idk) EDIT: PRONOUNS ARE ANY IF I HAVE THAT CORRECT?
Also that final talk between Jax and Pomni.
Imagine you could talk to someone who died with regrets, what would you say to them?
Anyways GANGLES thoughts was so so interesting, I LOVED that they brought that issue to light
Gangle couldn’t cry for Jax, how can she? Literally tormented by them from the START? (Jax LITERALLY GAVE GANGLE HER NAME)
I thought that was interesting as a whole. I love Zooble helping Gangle with that complicated feeling, it’s very complex to think about and explain
Anyways! Onto the other side of the coin!
Caine. (HES ALIVE!!!)
(Wait how’s he alive)
I loved the entire sequence of him trying to figure out that what he did was wrong.
Also trying to connect to the WiFi was cool! I was confused about what was a flashback and what was the present though I won’t lie
When I watched it the first time I thought Caine brought Scratch back and was ???? And was even MORE confused that he didn’t appear, after rewatching I did understand it
Finding out the human’s ongoing lives was interesting, imagine how long he was there just learning about them while also figuring that they might want to see how their real selves are doing
Getting rid of the blue ai is something I’m still stuck on, as I’m writing this, the YouTube release isn’t out so I’m not able to look back on it, hopefully after I will understand what was going on (Either way I do wish they explored it further?)
And the talk with the moon! That was sweet and heartwarming
Him approaching the group with caution to try and see if they’re willing to give him a second chance!! I loved it so much, I’m kind of surprised it was just Zooble that spoke to him (I do wish a longer discussion about this topic was held but time was ticking as the episode landed near its end)
Then the video of their human lives :) I came across the pages by accident but it was cool to see! It felt like closure even if they could not escape
Which leads to handling a stagnant life, they cannot escape but they’re all there for each other :) even making a home for the abstractions
I liked this episode a lot! It’s obviously not the most perfect and did feel rushed but I liked it (I am biased because Caine gets to join their group lol)
But anyways I liked a lot of the stuff shown and I am actually gonna miss this a lot!
I was here when the synopsis was first shown! When we did not know ANYTHING about this, then the small character shorts, then episode 1 the pilot!
It’s been a long journey (it’s been 3-4 years I believe? A lot has changed wow) and I enjoyed this! I hope others did too and I hope it inspires people to have hope and connect with the people they love
Anyways I have rambled long enough I meant to sent this before the episode ended but it’s ok
Comics are kind of torture and take so much effort and people will read your half a years of hard work in 20 minutes if you can even get them to at all, but you should make them anyway because between all of that it’s fun and awesome
