I am on cloud 9. Bountiful with energy and just euphoric, vibing and happy. Beyond with these amazing energies. . It’s super crazy to believe it’s been over a year I’ve had my website LewLou.com. This time a year ago I was reborn, spiritually shedding constructs and mindframes that didn’t serve me. I’ve created a goal and manifestation journal THAT PEOPLE BOUGHT (astounded and so grateful), built a business website, started writing a environmentally conscious book with my mate, wrote a brand new play I sent to LA, become a spiritual / mindfulness / ascension and higher consciousness alignment coach. Stepped into my full Lightworker power, learnt I’m a twin flame & ascended that path after my DM activate my kundalini (never even knew that was a thing 🤣), connected with souls from around the world who were incredible with their energy and guidance through my ascension, learnt about the dimensional powers of the universe & reconnected with my soul mate husband from a past life who I talk with now. Look at me everybody! I can walk around again! I even did a mini mini yoga session whilst on FaceTime to my friend. He was like, “you’re doing planks with a bad back!” In the pain is the process to heal: mindfully, physically, spiritually. . Don’t take back pain lying down. Sleep, water, fast, stretch, mindfulness, heat, flex, repeat. . Not to jinx it but this is the first year I’ve been on zero medication. I didn’t take any kind of pain killers for my debilitating back pain, I’ve had zero viruses I’ve needed antibiotics for, i used to have a severe vitamin deficiency which I’ve restored so no more daily vitamins. Sometimes I feel like lemon-water is literally the most underrated tonic in the history of mankind. . Seeing what the body can do when left to its own devices is incredible. Having my mind clear and able to shut out the surroundings so I could do conscious healing on my body is astounding. . I am going to cut coffee for the weekend to try and get me over this hump I’m at with my healing. 😭 I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have coffee but I just want to remove all dehydrates for an interim to see how this will aid the process. A spiritual path is a subjective path. Anyone sharing it is doing so out of a want for people to reap the same benefits they have / are experiencing. There are many different approaches to the same thing of what it all means.IMO connecting to divinity, inner wholeness and mind, body, soul alignment for a pleasurable, fulfilling life. Everyone’s version of happy is different. When it comes to TF I read things and see aristocratic ideology that to me is flawed. The fact that someone is doing those readings on it daily undermines the concept of it entirely. I don’t say too much or dedicate my platform to one segment of spirituality because I do not believe any one part is the whole point, rather the whole point is simultaneously equally living in meditative flow of all parts in presence of experiences and observation of your behaviours. I hold some uncommon views towards the twin flame / mirrors. I don’t think that the DF is the “leader” of the counterparts of twins.my DM awoke me. Whilst my intuition definitely was more active in his presence that made me say things out of nowhere, it was his reactions of an assured knowing that began shifting my energy. All these clues he was giving me. It was his energy that ignited my kundalini & it was him that knew we were spiritually connected & held a higher knowing when I thought it was all a bit of a joke (till I got woke). If you think your DM is toxic in masculinity, means you’re toxic too. If you believe forgiving them is a tactic to hold over them, you’re not ascended. Also your counterpart isn’t ever going to do anything really fucked up to you. Ever. If they crossed your moral boundaries that’s not your person, because y’all all the same expressing yourselves in different ways but that r the same also.The understanding is the alignment.if you’re doing shitty things to your person or wanting them to be unhappy with someone else, you don’t love that person. The way I read energy and my intuitive senses that tell me what is going on in the ether and our spirit realm often has nothing to do with planetary alignment. I’m not an astrologer, I don’t do charts but I get them. I can read numbers, numerology and interpret the symbolism by what I’m energetically drawn to. . So in saying that, here I am posting an image of my arm. Energy is in energy thing. No, none of these are for sale and I didn’t get them willy nilly. Each comes and bares a strong spiritual protection that I received in love: some from monks in Thailand & Cyprus, my namesake’s bangle, a Buddha’s protection bracelet, a love amulet made by an artisan in Scotland that I had the most joyous interactions with at a farmer’s market and my emerald ring. . The other day I cleansed my friend’s engagement ring. Later that night she text me that her and her fiancé made up (fighting over wedding expenses. Standard). She couldn’t quite concede that it was the cleansing but she was in pure disbelief of the timing.she knew they’d make up and work it out, but she was shocked that it happened after she got home from me cleansing her rings. . In wearing these today & that msg I know there is much healing going on with matters of the heart, especially the emerald which is green heart chakra. Great healing is occurring on a collective consciousness and being protected by the angelic realm and powers. The love of highest is healing old wounds of broken love and disappointments which are coming to dissipate for good. For good. Yesterday, I saw a coffin procession for a second time this week. That is highly unusual. This is indicative of cycles totally ending, finishing and great release coming from them.The things that are heavy in your heart are receiving healing from high. Be optimistic, there is reason. Funerals are a place to say good-bye, release and start fresh. I am receiving so many songs of release to God or whatever you may believe. Us, in our water front mansion enjoying the massive private infinity pool overlooking and with access to the beach in Bali; well a fifth of us, for my sisters hen’s weekend. A weekend overseas with a huge group of women of all ages and backgrounds celebrating another’s life milestone in the spirit of generosity, happiness and love. It was a wild weekend of inclusiveness and coming together with wonderful memories made for the ages of ages and I’ve been so touched receiving msg this weekend of people still remembering how much fun it was. It was mentioned a few times this past weekend at a few different events that a trip like this needs to happen again...but for no specific purpose other than #yolo #goodtimes and because I am queen of yolo and an anal retentive organiser who literally makes lists for everything and running sheets cos I’m a perfectionist with OCD till everything is exemplary. Being reminded of my itineraries and tick-sheets & how people are using them now made me want to look em up and I am shocked that I even had a lists for my lists! Shocked but not surprised. I remember a sister of mine not using one of my payment schedule lists properly and me gritting my teeth in the corner trying desperately not to say anything but obviously seething. lol. I met Frances McDormand 8 years ago in the lobby of The Standard Hotel in downtown Los Angeles in the wee hours of the mornig. I was talking to God only knows who and she randomly turned around and said “you are very funny, have you thought about being an actress?” It is one of the best moments of my life. She was in linen black slacks and a black cotton 3/4 top and flat shoes. She was unassuming, unactressy and unfamous in that moment and for some reason it made her comment all so much more real to me.
