Hey y'all, did we ever get confirmation on that one rumor? That Jess spent some time filming just by herself? If so, yikes. In the context of the trailer that makes me a little twitchy. They best not do anything to my girl Charlie.
Bonus Question. How in the hell did Vikram manage to spend 15 years as a Librarian and NOT get assigned a Guardian?! No wonder he used all those magical items, there was no sensible person to reign him in. (We know Elaine tried, God bless her) How the hell did he not end up dead in the first month?
More Things I Want To Know But Probably Never Will
In the first episode (And The Deadly Drekavac) our girl Charlie has a *very* dramatic entrance. She takes off her helmet, smiles, and declares herself to be Guardian.
In that shot WHY ARE HER EYES SO BLUE AND SPARKLY?! Is it a trick of the camera or will it mean something later?!

I kind of love the idea I have in my head that Charlie sees Eve as terrifyingly stoic, but in reality Eve is more like "Hey LITs how do you each prefer scrambled eggs because you can't save the world without comfort breakfast, but also I'm not the best cook so it needs to be simple."
Like to the OG team that's just their mom and yeah she can be smothering at times especially since being tethered to the library means going on fewer missions but she's nice. The most evil thing she's done recently is make sure Ezekiel is wearing a coat because "It's pretty cold in Belfast right now Jones damnit, you know you got sick last time you didn't listen to me on this!"
Charlie know now she didn't fail the Guardian trials. Eve and she need to have a nice sit down, probably over drinks, and hash things out. Afterwards they become friends and use their combined powers to keep all of theirLibrarians on their toes.
(Spare head canon: Both Eve and Charlie are glad they didn't get the other’s original Librarian. It might have ended in murder. 😁)
