It's so insane how they notice every little thing that we don't even think about, really. The amount of shipping that happened when I was feuding with Rhea was so wild. I only really read it to see what it was about. And I'll be honest that they actually are good writers. I am forced to give them kudos for their imagination and their writing skills. Yeah, realistically speaking, most modern horrors rely so much on sfx that it basically lost the spook factor. It's sort of annoying in a way. Can't say they're awfully made though, the photography in some of them is absolutely insane. You say that as if I've ever had any sort of mental sanity to begin with...

I love me some horror movies honestly, and I've watched so many it's crazy. I have been lacking lately in keeping up, though, I think. Mostly cause motherhood and writing and side projects and whatnot, it's been a little hard to maintain knowledge of what's coming out. I cry too easily to be into dramas and romance movies and all that, and crying gives me headaches, so honestly I'm just way more into getting spooked.

Alright, yeah, I get what you mean. I've stumbled across so many fanfictions that I've gotten desensitized by now. And I don't really understand where a lot of those ships even come from. Like, I get the appeal of a good enemies to lovers arc, and obviously some bromances are easy for fans to be like "hmm something's up there" but some of them are just so confusing really. I'll admit I've read a couple just to see what they're writing. Have you?
