*ahem* Greetings, lady. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Masashi, but I am more formally known as Shogun X. I am the commander of the demon army here on this island, and would like to formally introduce myself. You are feared by many, like me, and I would much like to meet a fellow being of power on the island.

Tears started to form in the void that replaced Masashis face, but they were quickly sucked into the absence of matter that replaced what once held emotion.

So you are not like any of the other villains my opponents have talked about? They usually brag about defeating "Galactus" and "Cube Queen" even though I have heard that the Queen of Cubes exploded the island, so they didn't really defeat her.

(Rose eventually sat back down on their pillow, her knees touching the soft fabric as she stared at the memorial in front of her; a prolonged exhale left their parted lips before they replied once again.)

Maybe the old me would have.. I have far too much to lose to even consider defeat.

Too much to lose... It is a problem. Not actually a problem, but more of a dilemma. You can either quit now or continue to fight, but you might lose it all if you continue. The odds are stacked against you.

(Rose closed their eyes and let her head slouch slightly.) It is,, though I.. won't entertain the thought, I refuse to. (They replied, running their fingertips along the mural.)

Shogun X inspected the mural, looking at the details and all of the colors that were manipulated upon the wall, moved with a brush to create this wonderful artwork.
