(I want to apologize for yet again coming back just to vanish. Luckily this time it wasn’t my self esteem or lack of confidence I’ve just been really sick on and off since October with a sinus infection/cough that just won’t go away fully.

I went to see a new doctor and am taking new medicine so I can hopefully just kick this infection for good because it’s been 3 months of ups and downs with it. That being said, I still can’t be active as I’d wish - at least not for now. Whoever I’ve spoken to about writing scenes with, I absolutely still plan to write with you but I need to focus on healing up still and just getting rid of this infection once and for all. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding and I hope you can truly know that this was just unfortunate timing. I didn’t fade into the background by choice. I can’t wait to interact with everyone again and I hope it happens very very soon! Happy holidays everyone! <3)

(I owe starters to @leiathesleia, @angelcolettebrunel, and @phoenixofgardios. I’m currently under the weather but the starters will be up by the weekend at the latest! I’m still easing into Natalia again (as well as balancing Lunafreya) so I’m capping my thread total at 5 on this blog for now. I’ll add 2 more threads so if you’d like to write with me just like this post! If more than 2 people like it, I’ll message and we can still plot and I’ll see if I’m willing to add any more right now or if I’ll add those threads at a later time! (I’m back! Though I may be tweaking the blog info and theme still it’s mostly set and I’m ready to reintroduce the lovely Natalia back to the roleplay world! Due to my long absence I’m wiping my owed drafts and scenes and will be having a starter call soon!

Though I have been active again on my Lunafreya (Final Fantasy XV) blog for a short while I knew I wanted to stick with Natalia and make her my other main so these two blondies will be my main focus and I can’t wait to interact with you all again! Thanks to those of you who have stayed with me through my long breaks and have been patient through them. I’m doing my best to make it stick this time!

(昇) – Guy scanned the area, taking Natalia’s words into consideration. “Yeah, light would be good. Since it’ll have to be pretty big, we definitely want it to be light looking to not overpower everything,” he mused. Being a fontech nerd, Guy had a surprising eye for detail. Spotting a nice white lacy one in the distance, Guy pointed over to get Natalia’s attention, “Wanna go take a closer look at that one? Can’t be any worse than others we’ve seen.” He laughed.

“Oh that one’s pretty!” It was a glimmer of hope but Natalia steeled herself for something to be wrong. Every time they had found a cake they liked there had been some reason not to choose it. “It looks lovely! We’d need ours to be made much bigger than the display but I know most of the bakeries here will let you customize to your needs. I like the detailing but maybe we could add some color to it to get our color scheme in? Nothing too over the top but maybe a pretty teal ribbon around the edges? Or maybe part of the frosting itself could be teal, just the little details?” 

Natalia continued to look at it from all angles. “I suppose we should start by tasting some of their samples though. Even if we like the design we might not like the flavorings they have here and that’s important obviously. If we find a flavor we like we could see if they could use it in this design? Do you like it enough?” She smiled, waiting patiently for his answer. If he didn’t like it then she wanted to keep looking. She wanted them both to agree on everything for the big day.

(昇) – “The problem with cookies is that Luke will take all of them. At least with cake, we’re in control of the cutting and serving,” a laugh was released as he followed her into the store eagerly. The smell of the place was delicious, but of course so were the others. He only hoped that this place had something different, as many of the bakers carried the same style of cakes. Unfortunately, what was popular this season wasn’t really aligning to what the couple had in mind. “All right, where do we start?”

“Oh right.. Luke’s always the problem we have to keep in mind.” She chuckled, making a mental note to cross the idea of cookies off the list. “Okay.. well, we know what flavors we like and have a basic idea of the styles we agree upon. We can narrow down a few things at least just by browsing.” She took a glance at the displays lining the store, looking slowly and getting a feel for the sort of designs and flavors the place carried. “I want something light.. something simple. We’ll need a big cake to feed so many guests but it doesn’t have to look very extravagant.” Natalia wanted eyes on them, not just on the little details of the wedding. “Any catching your eye?”

(昇) – “All right…” Guy muttered, more time himself than anything. “This next one should be a sure thing. This bakery is really popular in this area. Hopefully they’ll have something.” He tried to force a smile. In actuality, he loved picking out wedding cakes with Natalia, but it was almost 4:00pm now, and they began at 8:00am with no luck. As such, his giddiness was beginning to wear thin in favor of desperation. “I really hope we like at least one of them here. I’m beginning to lose hope…” he smirked in a playful way, squeezing the princess’s hand softly.

“I just don’t understand how we haven’t found anything decent. Price isn’t an issue but I want something that suits us. Nothing I’ve seen really makes me think it will work..” Despite the grand affair of a royal wedding Natalia had been determined from the start to do things their way, to only pick things that they both fell in love with and as of yet, neither had enjoyed any of the cakes they had tried. If it wasn’t the taste they didn’t enjoy it was the look of the cake itself and as more time wore on Natalia felt more and more annoyed. One because she was sick of eating cake, two because she felt with each rejection she appeared more and more snobbish, and three because she was getting desperate and eager to find the perfect cake for their event.

“I’m almost to the point of just not having a cake at all. We can have cookies instead.” She giggled softly, quite certain cookies wouldn’t suit the event even if she wanted them to. “Let’s get inside, hopefully the winner is here..”

(Nat-mun here, reporting live from the floor of my living room in my new apartment! Nah, I’m not bitter about not having my couch and bed yet.. it just.. well, okay. It sucks. XD And has made this rping thing just a bit harder as sitting at my kitchen table to rp all day doesn’t seem as comfy as a couch or desk would. After we finally get our stuff this Sat though this whole rp thing will get a lot easier! I’ll be here posting super casually with Guy-mun but over the next week or so I’m planning to get organized enough to get back here full time :) While I just take it easy however feel free to message for a chat!)

(So we got the place! We’re moving in June 1st! And with that comes more exciting news! I’m finally planning on opening my Etsy store hopefully mid June once we’re all moved in!

With that announcement I’d like to ask if there are any Etsy sellers here already who would be willing to chat with someone whos about to become a new shop owner! I have a lot of questions so if you do message me and are willing to help answer some please be patient with me! I want this to be my main source of income so I want to go about this the right way! (Still have plans to get refocused here but that process might be a little slow. Guy-mun and I are apartment hunting and the one that’s working out so far seems to have something open early June so a lot of our time has been going to that! (昇) – Guy finished his salad a bit faster than anticipated, but hey, he was hungry. He probably looked like a pig compared to Natalia’s method of taking her time, though the reasons why she was eating so slow were obviously not known by him. When the waitress came with their plates of Sushi, Guy almost jumped, but thankfully he caught himself. The last thing he needed was to look like an idiot twice in one date.

Thanking the server gratefully, Guy opened his chopsticks and broke them apart. “This looks amazing. Just what the doctor ordered, huh?” He smiled across the table to the beautiful young blonde as he spoke. In an attempt to head her advice, he took a few gulps of water after his first bite. “As you say, Nurse Natalia…hey… that actually has a nice ring to it!” he winked playfully.

Natalia blushed and chuckled at his comment, breaking apart her own chopsticks to begin eating. She was still on the slow side but she kept up well enough, stalling a little but not enough to take up room in the restaurant for too long. 

“Wow, this is so delicious. Not that its ever been bad but it’s so good today!” She savored each bite, making sure to enjoy her order. “Are you liking yours? Is your head feeling any better?” She laughed softly at her own words. “I’m sorry, I don’t mean to press so much, I just want to make sure you’re alright.”
