Thank you so much sweetheart! I’d say you should be consistent, and maybe ask people to check out your blog and follow if they like it? Also, when you post stuff tag it a lot (but with tags that are relevant to your upload) so that more people can find it and reblog it. But really it’s not about the notes or followers, make sure you keep your blog as you like it and also tumblr it’s great to meet new people since most people are really nice. Have a nice day xx :)
