I rreeaally want to make an analysis on Ze as a character and how I relate to him a lot (in video form) soooo goddamn bad; I’ll likely start writing a script in a bit and just in case I don’t have the will to make a video on it, I’ll probably just post a rant here and see if people like that. idk I just really like Ze as a character (despite how “bland” zbb3 may deem him) and I would like an excuse to talk about him more without being/sounding incoherent. 🩷

Carolina Milanesi, an independent technology analyst, said Google is trying to make its cash cow business — search — richer and more personalized, and it will make shopping easier. But there is a risk that users may have fewer choices about what to click. "Right now it's: I ask a question, I get a bunch of answers and I feel that I'm in control as to which answer I take, or if I'm looking for something, which product I'm going to end up buying. That is going to be less so going forward," she said. Milanesi envisions AI-enabled search and agents proposing products to consumers — perhaps even those they have requested — but with less clarity or choice around where it's coming from. "If you're going to say: 'I want a pair of Jordans, go find them,' you're not necessarily sure what steps have been taken and whether the AI has used a source or a store that was paid for and therefore came up in the search results," she said, "or if AI actually went and did their due diligence and picked the best for me as a customer."

And here's one from Time magazine (May 20, 2026):

While Google already has “AI Mode,” the company will now power the whole search bar through its new Gemini 3.5 Flash model.  Instead of the classic list of blue links, Google Search will now also generate a custom page with an AI-generated summary of what you’re searching about, which will then trigger a conversation with AI Mode on the main page, allowing users to ask follow-up questions—similar to the kind of layout you would see when opening ChatGPT.

And a little more from Time's article on how this may affect the websites that we are trying to search for:

When Google first started implementing AI-assisted results, news publishers warned of “catastrophic” impacts on the industry, much of which relies on Google search to drive users to their websites.  Last year, news websites saw significant traffic declines as chatbots increasingly replaced Google search as the primary way to find sites and ask questions.  Small businesses also noted drops in traffic to their sites from Google, which has traditionally delivered customers.   Lily Ray, vice president of SEO strategy & research at Amsive, a digital marketing agency, warned as early as last year that Google’s planned changes to search are “going to have a devastating impact on the Internet.”  “It will severely cut into the main source of revenue for most publishers and it will disincentivize content creators who rely on organic search traffic, which is millions of websites, maybe more,” she told Technology Magazine.

Tutorial on how I make headers (with images!) more specifically this one vvv

I tried to make this as full as possible but if you have some questions don't be afraid of asking!! Also this probably isn't the easier way to do it- but it's how I do it!

Apps/websites used: Capcut, ibispaint x, ezgif, Pinterest (optional)

1- Make your graphic and find a gif

This is pretty self explanatory, you need to create the graphic while keeping in mind that you're going to have a gif in it, you can visualize it by putting your gif as if it was an image and then deleting some parts to make space for it. Keep in mind that when you're doing this the graphic will be on top of the gif, so you can still put things over it, once you're done save it as it is. For the gifs I usually just go to Pinterest, but you can get them from pretty much any image site!

# Tip: the way I make space for my gif is by adding it to my graphics, pressing the three dots and then "select opacity" and finally "clean layer" on the parts that I don't want (my version is in Spanish but you get the idea), I don't do this on the texts or the things on top so it has a little more pizzazz

2- Export the gif to Capcut

Press on "create a new project" in Capcut and use the graphic you made as a base (you shouldn't change it as it will mess up the placement), once you're there the gif over it and position it as best as you can (use the superposition option for this)

# Tip: if your graphic is transparent in some places then try to make it as fit as possible, or else it will show!!

Once you're there add another image on top, this one has to be flat colored and a color that isn't on the gif or is even close to a color inside the gif (in this case since the gif is green I had to use a pastel pink), then export it (the quality doesn't matter, but I'd recommend 480 or 720, exporting it as anything bigger is kind of just a bother XP

3- Go to ezgif and export your video

Once you're on ezgif go to "video to gif" and select your video, then "convert video to gif", once there go to the "more tools" option and click on "remove background", the first thing you'll see is a "replace background color with transparency" section.

That's where you have to put the HEX code of the color you choosed for the background of your gif, then press the check ✅ on the same place where you put the hex code

# Tip: ibispaint x has an option to show you the HEX code of your colors! Color drop the color you used and go to the color wheel, you can copy paste the code

3.5- Resize the gif

Go to the Resize option and use the same size as your graphic! You can do this by looking at your graphic on ibispaint x and pressing the ⓘ button, make sure they're the same height and width as the graphic!

4- Put the graphic as an overlay

Now that you have the gif part done, go to the "more tools" option again and click on "add overlay / watermark" and select your graphic, adjust if needed and click the "generate image" button, then you're done! Download the gif and enjoy your graphic <3

Got a fucking brainblast of Ze related character analysis thoughts (and a bit of speculation on themes of the series as a whole) and it’s driving me insane even so I’m writing this in my drafts at almost midnight.

Strap in gang cause this is a sorta long one. Also content warnings for suicidal ideation (that’s the main one) and non-detailed mentions of Ze’s father being verbally abusive.

Ze as a character drives me fucking INSANE. He’s a young adult who seemingly spends most of his time playing Minecraft. He has an absent family from the little we know about him outside the game, and his dad was very clearly verbally abusive in some way with how he catches himself almost sounding like him when talking to Moe in the Eyes’ domain and is distressed by it.

He was sent to boot camp probably in his teens to “toughen him up” and it scarred him mentally and probably physically too. He’s insecure about being “man enough” and compensates with his aggressive attitude and obsession with weapons and guns.

He masks how much he cares about the people around him but would do ANYTHING for them, even if it meant throwing himself into danger or reliving his own trauma. He doesn’t give a shit about his own life or safety, verbally saying to Regect that he has nothing to lose. He clearly does with how much he’s risking for the very slim chance of Micha being alive, but he cares so little about himself that he sees his own life as disposable when it could be used to even possibly help someone else.

Ze’s passive suicidal ideation is something that we’ve seen so much of throughout the series and it is PAINFUL to see as someone who struggles with it too. From one of the earlier episodes when he’s lamenting that this world is hell and he wants it to end, to the Rift Remover guy telling him to take his own life if the rift remover doesn’t work and Ze not reacting strongly at all to it other than a “that’s morbid.” It’s a thought that crosses his mind often and is one that he isn’t really disturbed by.

It all culminated in the newest episode with Ze’s confrontation with Regect. He knows the risks and the dangers, he barely made it out of the Hole the first time. Regect tells him directly that it’s a suicide mission, that the place he’s going to is just death. But Ze doesn’t care. His own life is a worthy sacrifice in his eyes, and whether he realizes or not that doing this is going to hurt Regect and Moe, he still does it because he puts others over himself so much and has so little self worth.

Honestly the themes of suicide are really heavy throughout the series not just with Ze, but with the Eyes/Daemon in general. Remember in the Valentines episode when it influenced Micha to jump (only in Minecraft, thankfully)? Or when it almost convinced Moe to do it too a few episodes later? Theres something going on there and I have a feeling that it’s influenced Ze as well to make his existing ideation worse. Thats veering more into theory territory though so I’m leaving it there for now.

I’m curious if anyone has any other thoughts on this or wants to add on, so feel free to leave your thoughts in comments/reblogs, I’d love to hear them!
