She stepped to the side allowing Elijah to come on inside. After he had cleared the door she pressed the door shut in locked it. It was a habit she picked up to keep anyone from coming up and walking inside like they owned the place. ❝You know I have never stopped you from speaking your mind, Elijah.❞ She replied back in response about him being forward. ❝I think you and I have always been able to speak our minds to one another.❞ He was correct, listening to Klaus and his persistent bitching wasn’t something she was looking forward to. However she knew how badly she had felt when Klaus played his game of cursing her into staying in wolf form. She hated being kept away from Hope just because her father was throwing a tantrum. She didn’t want to be like that. She didn’t want to reduce herself down to Niklaus’ level. She wanted to be better than that, - not only for herself but for Hope as well.

❝Thank you, Elijah.❞ Her face flushed from his compliment. Instantly her breath hinged in her throat when Elijah leaned in to place a delicate kiss against the side of her cheek. In that very moment it felt like someone grasped her lungs and had squeezed every bit of air from them. Her body tingled and became extremely hot. How on earth could he make her feel this way? At last when he pulled away and began heading to Hope she inhaled deeply refilling her lungs with much needed air. Her hand raised to tuck her hair behind her ear. ❝It’s not really a matter of what I want to do but more so a matter of what is right. How can I claim myself to be any better than Klaus when I resort to playing the same games that he plays? I was pissed and hurt when he kept me away from her. As much as I’d like to believe it to be true, - two wrongs don’t make a right.❞ But hearing the next bit of what he said, it began to confuse her. He wanted to take them away from all of this after he had told her they could never be together? Her brows slightly narrowed in confusion. Her pace quicken as she moved across the floor joining him in the living room. 

❝I know Elijah, we’ve had this talk before. I know we can’t be together because of all the dangers that follow it. Not to mention Klaus’ own paranoia. I’ve come to terms with it and I’ve accepted it.❞ Her eyes shifted down to her feet. This was a subject she wished they wouldn’t have to repeat. It had been hard enough for her to swallow the first time they had gone through it. The moment he reached for her hand her eyes locked with his. Was he about to say what she thought he was about to say? Oh god, why now? Why after all this time?…Her breath caught again as she swallowed. Each word he spoke sliced through her like a hot knife cutting through butter. Her heart practically leaping through her chest. How she had longed to hear those words for so very long. There had been nothing she wanted more than to have Elijah and not have to hide it from the world. All she could think about was Elijah and the words he spoke to her. ❝Why now after all this time? Why now knowing I’m here with Jackson?❞ Those were the questions she asked. However she didn’t give him time to respond to them. Her feet already had her moving to the front of him. Both of her hands cupping the sides of his face. Her lips hungrily but lovingly clashed against his. Not even now could she deny her undying love for Elijah. He had been the man she had been in love with the longest time and despite who she might be with Elijah would always be the one who her heart truly belonged to. 

Elijah was about to answer her questions, when everything he was prepared to say to her quickly left his mind.  The moment her lips clashed to his, his arms lovingly welcomed her, wrapping around the delicate frame of her torso, then down to lift her up into his arms.  Only parting from the warmth of them for a moment, then back to them while indulging in the sweet taste of her lips to his. He was surprised yet thankful at the same time to have her in his arms, wanting him just as much as he wanted her. The instant their lips were back against one another’s, he lovingly and hungrily kissed her back with even more passion.  Walking them both over to the table where he would set her upon it, yet never leaving her lips with his.  

Knowing that Hope wasn’t awake and not wanting to stir the little princess, Elijah made sure to keep the noise to a minimum.  His one hand keeping at the back of her neck while the other moved down her back while leaning down onto the table with her, then breaking from the kiss, only to let his lips travel along her sweet-smelling flesh along her jawline up to her ear.  “I’ve loved you for so long Hayley.”  He whispered before placing a soft loving kiss to her earlobe.  Once she was laying on the table, he would move his hand around to the front of her top along with his other hand, only to slip to the bottom of it and slowly move it up, exposing her stomach which was exquisite, soft and smelled of her perfume.

Placing sweet, soft, loving kisses to her stomach while it would sink in some, then rise again. Trailing up to between her rib cage while his hands would push her bra up with her shirt, exposing her breasts so his tongue could trace around her nipple, then taking it into his mouth to suckle on while his right hand would gently message her right breast.   His own heart pounded with such desires for her, she was the woman he had loved and held back for so long and with her welcoming kiss to his words, set his heart of fire for her even more.  She was such a breathtakingly beautiful and was again vowing in his own head how he would love her for all eternity, do right by her and never allow harm to come to her or Hope.

Kanika was new to this city, but then again, it didn’t matter much. Considering how much she was moving from one place to another, never staying for more than a few days, every place was new to her.

However, she knew how to take care of herself. More or less. Had it not been for her crippling drug addiction which she was fueling daily because it was easier than to deal with reality sometimes, she would be able to say that she was completely independant, capable of defeating whatever came her way.

After all, she was a Slayer. Not the best one out there, but she was doing her job alright, and was still somehow alive, so that had to count.

Even during her short time as a Slayer she knew where to look for vampires. It was streets like these that were perfect for attacking on the unsuspecting ignorant fools. But today, it seemed somewhat peaceful. Aside from dumb people, of course. When one of them bumped into her, however, she seized the moment and stole his wallet. Serves him right.

Just as she thought that maybe her patrol should be done for the day, she heard someone accidentaly kick a can and she glanced towards the direction from which that sound came, immediately noticing a man standing there. Something was off about him, she could feel it.

Her eyes never leaving this man, she took out a pack of cigarettes from her pocket and put one between her lips, lighting it in the next moment. Then, as she was putting the pack of cigarettes back in her pocket, she carefully wrapped her fingers around a stake, as she always tried to carry a few with her, no matter where she went.

This was going to be interesting, she thought, her experience telling her that everyone was a threat.

Stepping out from the shadows, obvious that she seen him, he chose to approach her with a warm smile, rather than being smug and only looking to snack.  There was something about her that drew Elijah to her.  She was alluring to him, maybe because she wasn’t frightened and already he could see she was gripping something, along with taking the mans wallet.  “I hope I didn’t frighten you.”  He only stepped out so far and then stopped a few few before her.  “A creature as lovely as yourself shouldn’t be lifting wallets to be able to fend for themselves.”  Extending only his left hand to her carefully not to frighten her.  “Allow me if you will.  I know a place around the corner that has exquisite food and a view that is breathtaking.”    Elijah wasn’t one that cared for smoking but if that was the least attractive thing this lovely woman did, then it was worth it to him.  His mind had shifted from the slight anger from the earlier spat with his brother, now fully focused on this wonderful creature before him.  Who was she?  She wasn’t from around here or Elijah would have known, he knows all the locals.  More-so, why wasn’t she frightened, not even a raised pulse but for a split moment but quickly back to normal.  Intrigued even more now, Elijah needed to know more about her. 

“Allow me to introduce myself....I’m Elijah....”

Stress Relief

It had been a long and stressful evening, dealing with his brother’s irrational behavior was enough to send anyone over the edge and Elijah needed to clear his head.  An evening stroll in the Orleans side streets and some back alleys always helped, sometimes even feeding on a stranger and then compelling them to forget it all, depending on the depth of insanity his brother Niklaus would erupt into for an evening or two at a time.  Elijah was always very careful when he would choose to take a ‘stroll’ and tonight would not be different.  Dressed as always, in a suit, and casually strolling around the darkened corners, avoiding contact with many people, the irrational behavior that Klaus displayed on this eve really had unnerved Elijah.  

That was until he spotted her.  He couldn’t see her features just yet but when he stopped in the shadows, the light was casting down from behind her.  She had long wavy locks, slender build but not too slender, and she looked nervous.  She kept looking around and it seemed as if she shivered some too.  It was rather a brisk night and he soon became infatuated with watching her.  He leaned against the wall still in the shadows in the corner and it wasn’t long before the dreaded argument with his brother had soon left his thoughts while concentrating on this intriguing creature before him.  A few people poking around the area and walking past her, one even slightly bumping into her, which made Elijah lean up off from the wall, ready to come to her rescue if it were needed.  A complete oxymoron considering he was originally there to feed off her, but at least he knew that he wouldn’t kill her.  He wasn’t about to let anyone do that to her.  

It was about that time that when he stepped to the side, his footing made just enough of a sound with a can that lay on the ground to grab her attention enough for her to look in his direction and for him to stay still where he was, he knew this could go one of two ways, either way, she would be safe still. h7QEA

You're not really listening to what I'm saying. I'm not taking sides on the matter because I don't know what's going on , all I'm saying is you making a call out post IS NOT YOUR PLACE. Protecting your friend or NOT, it is NOT your place to do it. But what the fuck ever. You do you, boo. But you have not done yourself or your friend any favors by posting a call out.

Newsflash:  What you are failing to realize isn’t the fact of her rping with numerous people and taking long to answer, its the fact of she got pissed off that the person that was called out, was rping with my friend and my friend waited on her for four months for replies and never got them, she moved on to be exclusive with one of her characters with someone else, then the person who was called out had a bitch fit after ignoring her for four months.  So its okais for her to not answer her rp partner for four months but its not okais for her rp partner to rp with anyone else?   Make sure that you get ALL of the information before jumping down my throat.
