I still need to know what dog this is
It is the Caucasian Shepherd Dog aka Russian Bear Dog. This picture below is just a PUPPY.
Holy shit.
I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE NOW
MOUSE
THE REAL LIFE CLIFFORD!
Level 1
Level 17
Level 35
I could literally ride this dog into battle.
and I would.
For anyone wondering, that last pic is another awesome breed called the Tibetan Mastiff :)
Fun fact: Tibetan Mastiffs were often âpairedâ with Tibetan Spaniels. The Tibetan Spaniel is a natural-born tattle tale and would run along monastery walls to keep an eye out for intruders. Upon spotting someone suspicious they would go get the big dog.
N O. Oh my God that is so cute
The Titanoboa, is a 48ft long snake dating from around 60-58million years ago. It had a rib cage 2ft wide, allowing it to eat whole crocodiles, and surrounding the ribcage were muscles so powerful that it could crush a rhino. Titanoboa was so big it couldnât even spend long amounts of time on land, because the force of gravity acting on it would cause it to suffocate under its own weight.
Iâm so glad they arenât around
omg me too. Iâm scared enough of 26 ft long anacondas. Iâm so happy Megalodons, those giant sharks, arenât alive either
Praise natural selection
I remember watching Walking with Beasts or something similar, or some British tv show about evolution
The subject was something like a 12 foot long water scorpion
I was so startled by its sudden appearance and narration that I yelped: â12 fucking feet?!?!  Iâm fucking glad itâs extinct!âÂ
Dude, prehistory was home to some fucking TERRIFYING creatures. For some reason, everything back then was enormous and scary. Extinction doesnât always have to be a bad thing!
And Poppy, what you saw was an arthropod known as Pterygotus (it was actually featured in Walking With Monsters). Not only was it as big (or maybe even bigger) than your average human, it had a stinger the size of a lightbulb. REALLY glad that bugger isnât around anymore.
Also, Megalodon deserves to be mention again, because just hearing its name makes me want to never be submerged in water ever again.
GOD, I HATE THIS POST. HOW DO WE EVEN KNOW THAT SHIT ISNâT STILL AROUND? LURKING? EVOLVING? WE DONâT. WE DONâT KNOW SHIT ABOUT SHIT DOWN THERE. THE OCEAN IS A PRIMEVAL HELLSCAPE NIGHTMARE AND WE ALL JUST DIP OUR STUPID FRAGILE UNPROTECTED FETUS BODIES AROUND THE EDGES OF IT LIKE THATâS NORMAL. FUCK THE OCEAN.
this is so relevant to my interestsÂ
It wasnât just the predators. North Carolina was once home to giant ground slothsâŠ
THAT IS A GODDAMNED LEAF-EATING SLOTH.
Weâve got a skeleton of one of these fuckers at the museum downtown, and man, just being NEAR it is unsettling.
DONâT FORGET PREHISTORIC WHALES, SOME OF THOSE FUCKERS WERE TERRIFYING
AMBULOCETUSÂ WAS AMPHIBIOUS AND PRETTY BADASS
BASILOSAURUS WAS THIS GIANT REPTILIAN CETACEAN THAT PROBABLY SWAM LIKE A DUMB EEL BECAUSE OF ITS TINY FLUKES BUT THIS FUCKER WAS 60 FEET LONG AND AT THE TOP OF THE MARINE FOOD CHAIN
AND THEN THEREâS MY FAVORITE, ZYGOPHYSETER, WHICH WAS THIS HUGE EARLY SPERM WHALE THAT ATE SHARKS AND OTHER WHALES
IT WAS NOTHING BUT TEETH
The reason why the animals in the prehistoric times were so big was because there was much more oxygen in the atmosphere if I recall correctly. Because there was so much oxygen and so few carbon gasses, life on earth was able to grow to terrifying lengths and heights, donât forget how giant the bugs were.
I have never seen so much prime nope in a single post
Also important to note that megalodon is theorized to still be alive, possibly living in the darkest depths of the ocean. They havenât found signs of its extinction
scientists: âwe havenât seen a megalodon in quite some time now, letâs just hope itâs exstinctâ
This whole post is my JAM not gonna lie I am fascinated by massive prehistoric animals
How Each Zodiac Sign Deals With a Broken Heart
wordsnquotesâ:
A heartbreak is an unquantifiable and unpredictable natural response. Some people pick themselves up in a matter of days; while others may find themselves in a pit of despair, questions for months, even years. It is obvious that sealing with a broken heart is harder for some signs than others. Others have difficulty with possessive feelings, abandonment, and trust; while the lucky ones learn to adapt quickly. Read on to find out how each sign heals.

MUST READ:Â Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak
ââWhere the Wild Things Areâ is one of those truly rare books that can be enjoyed equally by a child and a grown-up. If you disagree, then itâs been too long since youâve attended a wild rumpus.â -Amazon.com
Where the Wild Things Are is recognized as the best childrenâs book in literature. Growing up, we have worn out many editions of this lovely classic. The main reason being, we love to share it with anybody who has not read it. Tender and loving we love Sendakâs illustrated scary but not so scary giant creatures. Ornated with big eyes, sharp teeth and thorns, the wild things contain love bigger than their giant sized bodies.Â
When Max is sent to his room for misbehaving, his imagination runs wild. Trapped in his room, he dreams of an alternate realm filled with new friends, where he is the king. He eventually learns that there is no real value in getting everything you want. Although Sendakâs words are sparse, they are delightfully tender, fun and run in a stream of consciousness. Sendakâs beautiful illustrations effortlessly compliment the story, making it the best picture book.Â

I love Eevee
I recently debuted these new pieces, âLeague Roomsâ, at this yearâs Sakura con in Seattle, WA. Itâs been a while since I last did an artist alley, but thankfully I had my friends NikoNeko and Glittergoblin to help me out.Â
First is the Game Room, where all the arcade skins like to hang out. Baron may not have an arcade skin, but heâs a huge nerd, watching them play DBZ fighters. This was a fun piece since I included a bunch of other nerdy gamer details⊠can you spot them all?
Second is the Kotatsu Party⊠or the aftermath of it anyway. Yasuo is relaxing with some tea, while Akali is considering seconds (or thirds?). Ahri is napping off her food-coma under the warmth of the kotatsu with her Poro napping buddy. Annie feeds dragon her leftovers. Zyraâs seed is providing a bit of zen to the room in the corner.
Third isnât so much a âroomâ, rather itâs a slice of Freljord life. Here you can find Nunu fishing for Fizz and friends, or like Lissandra, be totally embarrassed by your ice-born sisters fighting over fish like children. Though theyâre not the only ones who are hungry hereâŠ
Fourth is also not quite a room, but a cake! King Poroâs cake at that. A sugary sweet place, where even a little mummy boy may hopefully make friends, if Jinx doesnât chase all the poros away.Â
The fifth room is maybe more recognizable to those of you who actually play league. Weâve got the two store keeps from ARAM, one from Twisted Treeline, and one from Summonerâs Rift. The Treasure Traders are rolling around in your gold, cuz you know you need that essential early game item.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy!
