"It is ready and waiting for you, Princess. Today's choice is sugar-dusted rumstollen with white peach tea, almost as fragrant and wonderful as yourself. Of course, I can think of nothing that could rival you, mi'lady."

“Allen!”
“Where’s my snack?”
"It is ready and waiting for you, Princess. Today's choice is sugar-dusted rumstollen with white peach tea, almost as fragrant and wonderful as yourself. Of course, I can think of nothing that could rival you, mi'lady."
“AND YOU LOT!!”
“Though I underwent a prolonged absence, my return garners no more than a mere nod? You should be bowing at my feet!! How RUDE!”
"I humbly welcome the return of our beautiful princess."
Send "Stay a bit longer. I want you in my arms." For my muses reaction to yours grabbing them and pulling them back to bed.

“As expected.” She raises her chin with a smile, eyes falling shut as she releases the fabric to the ground, brushing out the folds caused by tight fingers.
But it’s odd.
Allen looks so .. melancholic, somehow. She can see the uncertainty behind what must be a carefully practiced smile, the sort of hesitance that she wouldn’t expect of an experienced chamberlain.
So she calls him out on it. How dare he hide anything from her, anyway! As her servant, was it not expected that he have no secrets to keep? Allen belonged, from his head to his toes, his heart, mind and body - to her.
And only her.
“What is it?” The way she speaks is almost childish, as though she’s irritated he isn’t showing the same enthusiasm - granted, Allen’s always been on the dry side.
“What is that expression?”
Discovered so easily. Well, though the other did not know it, they were twins. Keeping emotions hidden was an extremely difficult task.
Perhaps his usual antics would get him out of this one, though - So, Allen quickly formulated a good speech to give off as he listened to her.
And once her question ended, Allen sighed in mock defeat.
"My dearest apologies, m'lady. Being in the presence of such beauty reminds me that surely even the gods could fall for it. There is likely no one who could look at you without some form of affection or love - Not even myself. I was merely hoping I could be your servant as long as my use serves. After all, it is the greatest honour to be by your side. Even if such is due to my status as a tool to be wielded by your hand, m'lady."
"Did you get my permission to do that?" -ThePridefulServant
“A-Ah .. um..” She jumps at what she’s sure is a reprimand, turning quickly with her head bowed to the ground.
“I-I apologize, I was, ah..” Lifting her hand, she reveals a cloth, with which she had been polishing some of the late Queen’s favourite urns.
“They were looking somewhat dusty, I thought to keep them pristine for his highness.”
He's surprised to say the least. While her duties were not so much as cleaning, she did so regardless. The girl really was a good servant.
"...Hmph. You are still new, so consider this a warning. Everything you do must be with permission. And if you are unsure of something and feel like you need to ask, don't do it. Understood, servant girl?"
Alexiel wasn't sure how to handle the situation, but this seemed good for now. Plus... She did seem useful. It would be a shame to kill her now.
As though snapped from a daydream, Riliane at his voice - she must have been momentarily lost in her thoughts, her concentratin focused on everything but the elephant servant in the room.
She turns with fluff of her skirts, adopting a bright smile as she twirls once or twice before stopping to face Allen; he seems almost troubled, but it’s no matter to her. Mostly.
“It’s just as I thought! Perfect, wouldn’t you say?” Her tiny hands burrow into the layers of cloth, continuing to absentmindedly sway back and forth as she awaits his response.
Taking a quick step back, Allen smiled. She was, as always, extravagant in the gown. Even more so, since all the fancy jewelry wasn't there to hide the beauty that was--
....Such thoughts... Surely weren't common of a servant.. Let alone a twin brother. Shaking them from his head, Allen gave a slightly nervous chuckle.
"Absolutely, m'lady. You're as beautiful as space itself, and stars can only look in envy. Perhaps.. Etheral should be a proper description, if one may even be given."
-
Riliane found herself oddly conscious of Allen’s actions as she was fitted into her gown, her eyes concentrated on the wall in front of her. It was strange - Allen was merely another servant ( albeit one of the more important ones ) and hardly anything more, there wasn’t a reason for her to experience such nerves around his presence.
Especially when the whole thing was her idea.
“.. a little tighter.” She replied, glancing downward to check the fit; disappointingly, it seemed she still did not quite fill out what she may have wished to. No matter.
He undid the bows and ribbons, then tied them back tighter. Now focused on his hands, since Riliane was properly clothed. Allen took a deep breath.
“…This should be to mi'lady’s liking, I hope..”
Phew. And maybe she wouldn’t have him change her anymore. If someone like Ney found out, Allen might have honestly preferred the guillotine.
-
“I want to try it as quickly as possible, I don’t want to wait for Mariam or any of the other maids.” She huffs, “Quickly, Sr Kyle sent word that he would be arriving soon!”
Riliane lifts her arms, turning away from her young servant.
“Come now, hurry up!”
Improper, improper, improper!! Allen gulped and helped Riliane out of her dress, looking up at the ceiling as he did so. He took the dress and gently put it on her, being as careful as possible not to accidentally touch her skin or, worse, ruin her hair.
"...I-Is t-this o-okay...?" Allen asked timidly, tying the dress in the back.
"Hey, hey. Have you seen Elluka around? She isn't in her study today."
“I’m sorry, but Lady Elluka left a few hours ago. She isn’t expected to return until dusk.”
-
Bowen would only laugh at Allen’s words.
“I think this goes to show how much you don’t know me. Elluka knows me very well, I’ll be fine. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’d do the same thing at my own place one day.” Another laugh escaped his mouth.
Another glance at the pocket watch, Allen having decided he had no time for this. If the man wanted to die, so be it. Not like he cared.
"...As you wish. Do you need me to show you the way?" The teen asked, looking rather unhappy. Though, that may have just been his usual expression.
He did have to wonder... Did this man really know Elluka? After all, even people like Leonhart had been punished severely for waiting in her study for her.
"Hey, hey. Have you seen Elluka around? She isn't in her study today."
“I’m sorry, but Lady Elluka left a few hours ago. She isn’t expected to return until dusk.”
-
A raised eyebrow at the other male’s response, before Bowen laughing and shaking his head. “What a shame. You seemed like the sort of person who’s into idle banter.”
With that, he stood up, thinking for a bit. “In that case, would it be alright if I waited in Elluka’s study? I’m sure she won’t mind.”
Almost immediately after the words were spoken, Allen cut in.
"No. Lady Elluka does not allow anyone to wait in her study. Furthermore, many of the items in there are dangerous. It would be a bad idea to let anyone who is not Lady Elluka or her apprentice in there."
"Hey, hey. Have you seen Elluka around? She isn't in her study today."
“I’m sorry, but Lady Elluka left a few hours ago. She isn’t expected to return until dusk.”
-
Bowen had an odd thought come to him as Allen took out his pocketwatch. He could see a man like him working for the STA on station duties. He certainly had the attitude for it. However, the thought went away as fast as it came up.
“Oh? Surely you wouldn’t mind a bit of casual conversation. We hardly know eachother, after all.”
As interesting as it would have been, Allen was already completely loyal to his princess. His sister, really.
Still standing at attention, the fourteen year old servant gave a small frown. "I see no point. Unless such involves telling your preferences for any return trip, so that we servants may better help you, there is no need."
"Hey, hey. Have you seen Elluka around? She isn't in her study today."
“I’m sorry, but Lady Elluka left a few hours ago. She isn’t expected to return until dusk.”
-
“That is true.” Bowen would smile and nod, taking a seat on the couch. He would relax for a little and gaze at his surroundings. Hopefully Elluka was alright. Soon the other blonde would return with tea and brioche. “Mmm thank you.” Bowen would comment as it was all sat down.
“I don’t suppose you’re given time to stay and chat?”
Upon his request, Allen pulled a small pocketwatch from his coat. He quietly seemed to calculate some figures, before nodding to himself.
"I will be able to stay for a few minutes. However, I'm not sure what you would want to speak with me about."
"Hey, hey. Have you seen Elluka around? She isn't in her study today."
“I’m sorry, but Lady Elluka left a few hours ago. She isn’t expected to return until dusk.”
-
“Hah.” Where would the world be without sass? “I know a few good men who were named Allen.” Or similar, but he did know a few Allens.
“Ah, that’s alright. Thank you, Allen.”
"But such men are not me. I shall return shortly." Allen bowed, then left the room. As promised, he returned several minutes later with a tray. The tray held some rose tea, as well as a plate of warm brioche. Allen sat it at the waiting table in front of the couch.
"Will that be all?"

“And. Bring. Chartette.”

“Ney-san, we have a bee issue. Please get rid of them.”

“Ney-san?”
"Hey, hey. Have you seen Elluka around? She isn't in her study today."
“I’m sorry, but Lady Elluka left a few hours ago. She isn’t expected to return until dusk.”
-
“Alright. And that’d be nice, thank you. Oh, I don’t think we’ve properly met before. I’m Bowen Chuuno. Nice to meet you, sir.”
"I am Allen, a lowly servant. So, please do not call me sir, sir." Was that snark? Either way, Allen led Bowen to a waiting room.
"Anything you require before I go make your meal?"
