Worked on a new OC for myself! I'm not sure if I am going to keep it though, might redo it or, at the very least, find a pose that gets my vibe more. I wanted to have a more androgynous/fem icon that I can switch to. Though, ideally I could make a gif of myself transforming between masc and fem if I could. Just wanted to figure out a good design first.

Each one is a different amount of detail. This will make it easier for posting animations, making tons of recreations of me, and more!

I might rework the colors since it gets a little hard to separate them from one another. Even though I love black, I may need to change the shirt from the Cataract merch to someone else to get better contrast. Might also change the mask to a lighter color to help the eyes stand out more. I don't know about the sharpness of the mid sized me, I might rework that too.

Say hello to three generations of new heroes joining The Anomalous universe! These heroes all share the same name, Recluse!

Paul Palmer is the first Recluse, one of the original members of Infinity-Man's military created superhero team. He was given his powers by the government as a test for different kinds of powers that they could give humans. He didn't get too much out of it, though. He can spin webs from his arms in various locations, climb walls, sensitive hairs for detecting changes in pressure, enhancements (strength, speed, durability, etc.), and heightened reflexes.

Miguela Morales-Mysticard is the second Recluse. She got her powers from unsavory experiments performed on lower income individuals by the government. She got most of Paul's abilities except web spinning. Though, she got some extras: enhanced flexibility, venomous bite, stingers, night vision, uv vision, spider control, can sprout spider legs and spikes, minor clone creation, bio scuba tanks, water walking, poison spit, and regeneration. Instead of webs, she uses cables that have spikes at the end to grapple onto objects and... people... She is able to shoot the lines from both the top and bottom of her wrists.

Loxo Mysticard is the third Recluse. He was born with his powers since his mom (Miguela) passed them on to him. He got all his moms powers so, no need to list them again. Though, he also created his own tech to improve his capabilities. He learned from a published scientific paper how to make web fluid. So, he replaced the cable tech with web slingers. He also, technically, shouldn't exist. Through some weird plot stuff, he finally exists. But, I don't want to ruin the surprise.

The Anomalous Miraculous AU: Cataract

So, I was watching something the other day about the original concepts for Miraculous Ladybug when it was planned as an anime. One of those concepts was a kwami named Null (The kwami of Nothingness).

And I thought, why not make a character based on if it was wielded in a miraculous. At first, I was gonna make a never before made character, but I realized I could make Ira in the style of the anime and make her the wielder. So here is Ira Fey, aka Cataract, as the holder of the Void miraculous.

Some changes were made to her original costume, but it just fit too well to make major changes. Some of these changes might even make it into future suits for her.

This is the first part of my new Webtoon series called: Bi Our Selves. It will contain some favorite characters of commenters and some of my personal favorites.

The series will be a mix of life stories, skits, and fun art that are more centered on my bisexuality. This first story is more of a redraw of my old comic I posted on here. I will be reusing the characters from my one meme draw over as well as some new characters. There might also be some cameos from people in my life.

Happy Pride Month 2024!!!!

This years pride, I wanted to make a bit more special.

I wanted to expand the number of characters I had from previous Pride months. So, I separated each into their orientations and put a lot of effort into not only the number but the quality of the characters.

I tried to keep all the orientations in order based on their location in the acronym. So, some characters have yet to be included. Since some of their sexualities aren't included in the acronym/are lesser known. I may add them in other images this month, but I just wanted to get this out into the world.

Now, some of them I'm not entirely happy with, but I do enjoy a lot of the characters I decided to include. (By the way, I plan on creating more male gay characters. I didn't realize how few I had until I was making this).

I might also hopefully be attending a Pride event this year, and I even got some merch to dress up for the event.

I saw a meme saying the people need to draw their OCs in a sleeveless black turtleneck. So, I thought I'd take this as an opportunity to show off what Ira would look like if I drew her a bit more detailed and accurate to how she would look after years of being a hero.

I based a lot of my anatomy on an artist by the name of Lummy @lummypixith . I loved the musculature of the main character of their comic and figured Ira would look similar after everything.

Had a really interesting dream that could make for a good story. Possibly a D&D campaign or a Doctor Who episode.

Basically, about 90% of people suddenly became unable to recognize what weapons were. Violence as a concept just… vanished from their minds. The ones who could remember, about 90% of THOSE people couldn’t tell one weapon from another, so they were doing things like firing bows from bows instead of using arrows.

This was a problem because there was some threat or enemy that was about to arrive, but barely anybody realized there was a problem. People who’d lost the capacity for violence were throwing parties and not even reacting when partygoers got picked off.

One particular commander ordered his remaining men to start executing partygoers as deserters while the partygoers were completely oblivious to what he was doing, because they couldn’t tell what violence was. I had to give a Doctor Who style “go through me” speech to get him to stop.

My theory was that someone had used time travel to destroy the First Weapon. The original, the one that was the archetype for all others. And in doing so deleted the concept of violence from the human mind, save for a few who remained aware.

I woke up before I could find out who or why, but DAMN if that isn’t a cool story idea
