Omg, okay explanation time. 

On the 28th of April, 2011, Ed Balls got a Twitter account. He decided (as most people under the spotlight do) to attempted to look up his own name. However, all he did was tweet “Ed Balls”. This, for some reason, got retweeted by THOUSANDS of people. On a global scale. And because he didn’t know you could delete a tweet it stayed. Every year since then,the 28th of April is Ed Balls day.

A little update <3

I still read all of your lovely replies! I have not given up on art my friends! I have even started my own webcomic on webtoon! It’s called Seth In Space and it would mean a lot to me if you would support me there! Love you all and happy halloween!!

I’m so happy to tell you all that I’ve made great progress with my mental health!! To genuinely be able to say that I feel happy is so liberating and free! I know a lot of you are still in that dark place. I’m here to say that it does get better. Much better! I still have some tough days but progress is progress! Be kind and gentle to yourselves. I love you all and thank you to everyone who’s supported me over the years!

In my area at the very least, and I would assume others. There SHOULD be a drop off point (or more) in your county/city clerk’s office. The mail makes me nervous as I’ve had shipping issues and I’ve always voted in person. Being able to drop it into a designated spot myself gave me such peace of mind.

Also there are sites that can tell you if your ballot has been received (tho again ymm depending on your state) My mother has already been able to confirm that her ballot has been received!

If your state normally has vote by mail (which I believe is Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, and Hawaii) then you should have easily accessible ballot drop boxes (mine is at our public library for instance) that you can place your ballot into even the day of and still get counted no postage needed, but if you’re in the other 45 states then you definitely should make sure you know how to turn in your ballot
