Got out for another short hike and some music just to do my daily de-socialising 🌲❤️

I've been going on hikes to escape having to talk to people in the clinic in the evenings.

But afterwards is ok. Just need the nature to get myself relaxed after a day of working on myself.

Another day, another hike!

Managed another hike today on my day off. This time in the opposite direction. Even with the fog I still enjoyed the view 😊

Afterwards I got an hour in the gym in too (the hike was only on hour, not 3+ like yesterday 😅)

Also, it's supposed to snow a little this evening, really hope I get to see some here 😊

Went for a wander through a nearby forest this morning after breakfast. Came across some deer and spent about 20mins just watching them.

It felt so special just being able to be there ❤️

Day 1 of my rehab adventure.

Tomorrow is the last full day at home before I'm gone for at least 5 weeks to for Rehab. I've tried to prepare everything as early as possible. But I just know I'll forget something 😅

Feeling ALL of the feelings about leaving though. But it will be worth it 🍀
