Our blog is Anti-Endo. We ask that Endos do not repost our content and or interact with it.

i see a lot of pro/endos give sociological research papers are "evidence" that they're real, so i wanted to explain that if you're trying to prove something about how the brain works and functions, especially alters, sociology is NOT the correct field of science, that is what PSYCHOLOGY is for

while they're similar and sometimes taught in duo courses in schools, they aren't the same.

Psychology is the study of the brain and how it works

Sociology is the study of people and how they interact

if there is a sociological research paper on endo systems, it's not proving their existence with anything actually relevant to the question, it's simply explaining how the communities work and how people within them interact with each other

this is coming from someone who took both courses, they're very different when you actually study them a bit

When people (whether it be IRL or on tiktok) “praise” us for not having a ton of atypical and or cliche introjects.

A lot of us changed our names, and dont often reference source.

That said

We ARE the cringe system you assume is invalid. You just dont know that.

We have introjects from anime. Popular animes at that.

We have multiple introjects of one character.

We have inhuman alters.

We have introjects who are dating source mates internally, and we have introjects who are dating alters from other sources internally.

We have introjects who act like source and introjects who act NOTHING like source.

Hell we have introjects from fucking OMEGAVERSE fanfictions dude.

We are not the “normal” DID system you praise us for being. We are actually a bunch of little fucking freaks.

made some variants of the DID, peafowl, and system unity flags with the solar system and system signet symbols, respectively. additional versions with the ampersand included in the signet flags will be under the cut.

as the symbols are made to be exclusively for people with a CDD, and ask non-traumagenic/non-disordered/endogenic/etc., these variations also come with those restrictions.

DID is traumagenic not abusegenic. Abuse isnt the only way repetitive severe trauma forms.

Systems formed by traumas outside of abuse we see you. We love you. You are valid. Our trauma is not “worse” than yours because we formed through abuse and neglect and you didnt. You having DID/OSDD is enough proof of that in itself. <3

Abuse may be the most common form of repetitive trauma, but it is not the only form of repetitive trauma.

Also side note for systems that ARE caused by abuse: the abuse that causes DID to form is not always parental.

let's revise something real quick

having a headspace is not one of the diagnostic criteria of cdds

it doesnt matter if you have a big detailed headspace, a brief and plain one or none at all its valid either way and doesnt make you any less of a system

it's just a visualization tool, after all

its completely okay to be anti ableist and it shouldn't be a subject of discourse
