Bit late jumping on the band wagon but I want to any ways. It's #MentalHealthAwarenessDay. As most of you know I deal with anxiety and depression every day. Despite a drastic change in my life and it becoming INSANELY busy and literally feeling like I have no time to anything lol I am doing okay. I've had maybe 2 or 3 major bad days and the rest of the time it's just lingering. Which I've come to terms with bc it will never completely go away. It's okay not to be okay. It's okay to cry. It's okay to break down. It's okay to feel overwhelmed. It's okay to talk. You can by all means talk to me, a friend a family member a random stranger on the internet. If it bothers you it's a problem. No matter how minor or insignificant you may think it is, talk about it. If it's a major thing of course talk about it. Seek help. There are so many ways of getting help these days once you start looking you won't know which Route to go down. Try them all. See what works for you. If it's working for someone else it may or may not work for you and that's okay. Keep trying. Find the thing that makes you okay and always take care of yourself. You are the most important being in your life right now so mind you. You are stronger than you think and braver than you know. Let's break the stigma. Make it a normal thing to talk.
