INDEFINITE HIATUS

Due to various factors I am deciding to put Nefertiti on Hiatus, I am sorry for all the nice people who have been roleplaying with me I just don’t feel like she has a positive vibe with the RPC. I might decide to bring her back but for the meantime I won’t be here, if you want any of my other blogs feel free to send me a message and I will give you the URL. I don’t want to put her on hiatus I’d like to continue to roleplay her but I just feel like I cannot do that anymore due to the negativity I am getting.

does anyone ever just really hurt you and you feel so angry about it? I have been on my own with only 1 friend who I see twice a year at the moment and I had one friend last year who completely ditched me for some guy. She would ignore my messages, and she never turned up to my 21st BBQ when I invited her and she didn’t bother to say anything to me. Her boyfriend would bully me over Snapchat and I would tell her and she said that she’d talk to him about it but it kept happening and he I feel like put a wedge inbetween us like he wanted to. Now she is asking if I wanted to meet up after she finishes University and I just can’t.. I can’t forgive her because she was my only friend from at home and I have been hurting ever since it happened. She made my summer awful because she would just ignore me and then she blamed me for not being honest with me because I dislike her boyfriend.. course I dislike her boyfriend I’m allowed to not like someone since he you bullied me. I don’t know, I know whilst I am feeling this low that I shouldn’t meet up with her even if she does feel bad about it, she knows that she pushed me away but friends don’t do that to one another.

Atlas walks across the scorching sands. Paws placed in measured steps upon the dunes. The White Desert is unforgiving, both in the brightness of the sand & the heat waves radiating into little mirages.

The Lion has come from Rome. The journey long & taking its toll on the Lion of Rome. His arrival betwixt Alexandria & Siwa is unexpected, people panicking at the sight of such an absurdly huge beast waltzing into the Temple of Sehkmet. Once he’s recognized by one of the priests, an urgent call is sent out. To find the woman who possesses the sacred books.

It was a strange thing for Nefertiti to be summoned. She was never summoned not unless it was something important. She was a beautiful young woman, olive skin, dark brown eyes and brunette hair. She was of course escorted to the Temple of Sehkmet though she was rather shocked to see the figure of a lion standing before her. "I was summoned?" Nefertiti commented, almost confused. She of course had the two books on her presence though she did not reveal them yet.

Nefertiti looked toward him with a slight sigh “The books it was my job as it has been yours for many generations” Of course she spoke vague, Nefertiti was subtle but she knew that he would know of what she spoke of. She stood beside Ardeth, warm brown eyes going to the supplies on the stall before looking back to him. “If I had done my job properly none of what happened would have happened”

Her words touched a very sore nerve with him, not that it was she who had bothered him. He was frustrated and angry at himself, for everything she had said of herself could also be said of him. He did not quite understand why she would say it was her responsibility to protect the Books which had started all this mess. There were no female medjai, so what did she mean? And how did she know who he was? Ardeth appeared a bit confused for a moment, but then his gaze fell in a guilty manner.

“It was entirely my fault, actually. This region is my responsibility to oversee. I did not do enough to stop what occurred. I allowed it to go too far.” His tone was harsh, chastising of himself. “What’s done is done. All I can do now is make certain I never fail again. Why do you say it was your burden to bear as well?” he asked, still trying to figure out if he she was someone he had met before or not.

“The medjai aren’t the only ones who put their lives to protect” she responded “my family too have protected them for many generations and the key that was used to open them isn’t the only way into them it is my job to protect both of these things” Nefertiti commented looking to Ardeth. “I see things that many people wouldn’t even believe I was hoping someone such as yourself could help me”

His brow furrowed a little as he considered her. Was she a sorceress? A priestess of some kind? Perhaps… but if she said she was a protector, like himself, then that was good enough for him. If she did not wish to share any more about herself, then that was her business alone. She was at least some sort of seer, and with such gifts came great amounts of burden and responsibility, he knew. Her mention of needing help got his attention quickly. “What is it you need help with?” he asked.

“Not here.. it’s too crowded” She commented deciding to move away from the stall to a more private location. “I have dreams.. of Egypt perhaps 4,000 years ago” She began with a slight sigh, Nefertiti definitely thought she was going crazy, but she couldn’t be the only one with these visions could she? “It isn’t just that either, there is more.. when I go to tombs, to the Valley of the Kings I see things almost like a flashback and I know things I shouldn’t know unless I was there in Ancient Egypt.” Nefertiti explained, “Oh I know it sounds completely crazy, but it’s true”

I don't mind constructive criticism but I felt like that wasn't constructive at all.. if you don't like my blog then just unfollow me. I don't care. I roleplay for fun as do a lot of people, it's a hobby my life is shit anyway I don't need anons critising me unnecessarily either.

Listen you do not have to post this and I am not trying to be mean, but you are kind of irksome. You don't really read the rules of people and your character is a bit of a mary sue and once someone answer your starter you never reply you just send in another one. It's very annoying and you seem like you can't take hints. You are probably a great person, but you need to look up more about how to roleplay.

I always reply to people’s starters. My character is not a Mary Sue. She has depth and she is anything but perfect. This is just rude. I haven’t had hate in a long while and honestly it’s just petty. I have been roleplaying for nearly 12 years so kindly go away. I wasn't going to post this but it really annoyed me. I work so hard on my characters and I always read people's rules so if I forget anything which I will do as I'm only human then please just send me a kind message to remind me. You were trying to be mean for whatever reason and I seriously don't appreciate this
