Okay genuinely though. Disaster keeps striking (twt suspending me killing my reach + my dad who held some of my money getting hacked nd thus not able to send me the $600-700 for tmrw/thursday) so if you can c0mm me I'll hashtag make it worth it!! Obviously I wont be able to start until I'm home but that's literally like Monday morning and I'll still hop right into contacting each person for a more detailed depiction and sketch of what's requested. NO HATE it's nice a new generation will discover this game. But like, the only reason I would buy a switch 2 if I find an affordable second hand one in the future, would be a new Zelda. So not a remake. I grew up with the 64 version, the 3DS port is great. They're right here for me to play.

But I'm not interested in a remake at all. More polygons, yay.... I wonder what they will add and change, maybe it will be different enough to justify it? It's a beloved retro game tho they probably will play it safe?

Also they will probably smooth it down even more than the 3DS version and remove any remaining trace of creepy blood stains in the well and shadow temple U_U

One of the higher-ups that helps run nebraskon actually saw my reddit post and told me they were posting the awards photos on the website, so here's some REALLY DRAMATICALLY LIT photos of me before the contest + after (I couldn't hold my award so I had to bite onto it lmao)

My collection definitely isn't complete even with a fursuit though, and I WILL be adding to it for god knows how long. Where do I go from here? I have a life size shamura plush in progress, I have a fursuit, I have a dozen smaller plushes, hundreds of drawings, various other crafts, an entire wall of paintings of them dead/dying in various ways...TATTOO NEXT? LEGAL NAME CHANGE???

I can't even lie, that convention was my best memory of 2025 which was otherwise a horrific year for me. The staff were so kind and helpful, people LOVED the cosplay even if they didn't know wtf I was (including little kids which was SO funny because when I was leshy, I made kids scream and cry??), and it was so nice to just....BE shamura for a couple days. Like being called by their name and being literally perceived as a giant gnarly spider beast. I won't get existential here but yeah the most "myself" I'd felt in ages was literally just being shamura lmfao
