"Thank you for the offer Sally, but I just need to finish this thing. I’m so close to finding a way to bring my son back from…." he said as he trailed off not wanting to say the final word.

"He’s gone, Sally, he’s gone and there was nothing I could do to save him." he said sadly though his choked sobs, "There was so much I still needed to say to him, so much I needed to apologize for and atone for." he continued on as the sobs were racking his body, "He still had so much to live for, so much to do and he’s he’s he’s…he’s just gone." he finished quietly as he continued to cry and sniffle.

Sally pulled him closer, "It's always hard. There's so much left unsaid... So much we regret and wish we could take back or fix... You can't dwell in such a dark place Rumple. You've come too far and have done so much for your son to waste it all on the very reason you had to go through your own personal hell." She said softly, not letting go of him.

One of my managers hates Halloween.... He said, "Son of a Nutcracker." around my fiance, whose reply was, "I'm not a fan of Elf, I thought it was a bit of a silly movie.". He got all huffy and then when my fiance said it was still too early for Christmas things, and then... HE SAID IT!

"I HATE HALLOWEEN!" .... How could you say such a thing about such a fun season that is meant to spread spooky cheer?! I wonder what would happen if I told him my views on Christmas?

The Dark One generally knew when there were people around him, and there was someone not too far off, in the woods just outside his Castle.  

Appearing in a flash of purple smoke in a tree, he crossed one leg over the other, surveying the intruder.  

"And what have we here?" he asked, his unmistakable giggle belying the power hidden just under the surface.

Sally didn't know what to think of this strange place, where all the things weren't withered and rotten like home, but seemed rather alive. She grimaced at the thought of fresh leaves and not the horrid dry ones she was stuffed with.

The doll was lost in thought when she saw the purple smoke form in front of her and a man appeared. She smiled as she saw something somewhat familiar to her. "Oh! Finally!!! This is horrifying! You must be a witch!" She exclaimed. As she approached a bit closer she saw that the man had scales, "Or are you related to The Creature of the Black Lagoon?"
