Whatās your regular diet plan like?? Do you think keto diet plan would be helpful for a starter?
noooooope. I hate that keto has become so mainstream when it was designed as a diet for people with very specific chronic health problems. I really urge you to do some reading ā from reputable sources ā around the dangers of such a needlessly restrictive diet.
itās my genuine belief that society has massively over-complicated healthy eating. almost everyone instinctively knows whatās good for you and what isnāt. itās why I hate keto. anyone who recommends chewing on deep fried pork rinds over a bowl of fresh fruit is just... argh.
anyway, I personally think the Mediterranean style of eating is the best for overall health and longevity. TONS of fruit and veggies, an abundance of olive oil, a bunch of whole grains, some meat/cheese/fish, some nuts/seeds/legumes. so, so many fresh tomatoes. just good, simple food, as unprocessed as possible.
and hey, I might not have visible abs, but Iām famously high-energy, rarely get sick, have clear skin and no underlying health issues... and thatās good enough for me š»
I follow u because your blog give me a "this person is living a plenty happy life" vibe :) no more to say

Hey! Do you have any insight into what it was like working with Neon Literary? Iām trying to find an agency to reach out to and Iām so nervous!
I havenāt heard of Neon! I was with New Leaf Literary from 2014 to 2020, if thatās who you mean? happy to chat privately if you like.
ten warm miles // after a few months of sporadic, lacklustre training, it felt really good to just get out there and do the damn thing without overthinking it šæ
in the interest of transparency, I took quite a few breaks during this. do we think a sub 25:00 is possible by the summer?
Thinking about the countless times art and music and cinema and literature have saved and comforted me during difficult times i really owe my happiness to everyone dedicated to their craft
my current book is set in a world where art as been outlawed and explores this very thing āØ
I know that you shouldn't eat carbs after training.. Is it true?
sounds fake babe
would you guys be interested if I started talking about my writing on here too? Iām a published author who started out with a childhood dream and scrapped my way to eight major book deals, and Iād love to talk about what Iāve learned āØ
also, I love yoga now! Iāve gone from āyoga just isnāt for me, I donāt get it at allā to āya I want to do this every moment of the live long day because it makes me feel so GOOD!ā
the only thing better than seven easy miles? refuelling afterwards š«
running just hits different with salt air in your lungs āØ
i... i think i like yoga now?
back at it! itās been a rough few months with snow, sickness and injury, but iām back to feeling really motivated with my running. iām excited to see how much i improve with six months of consistency! would love to set a new 5k pb when parkrun starts back up again š«
