Sooooo I'm a slacker with good quality updates. 1st is I lost 23 pounds and made it to 194 2nd is I had a house warming party and gained 4 pounds 3rd update is that I'm currently in Pensacola, FL for work and I am on a water fast. This shit is haaaaarrrrdddddd. I'm on the 2nd night and I was smelling food EVERYWHERE. I am not weighing myself because my goal is to make it a whole 12 days fasting. In my head this is just a mental game that I have to overcome. FYI I'm drinking a shot of Chicken Broth every night to get some sodium in me in a more delicious manner. Also taking a multivitamin, potassium , and melatonin whenever I feel like I can't sleep. I'm excited to see what comes of this. The pictures above are me on both night one and two to document any changes as time passes.
