1999 Cumulative final…in the bag ✔. Pan seared herb roasted airline chicken breast with a Lemon, caper and cremini mushroom, White wine cream sauce, lightly pan seared asparagus and creamy Parmesan polenta. Fresh black pepper fettuccini noodles with butter and Parmesan cheese and a hearty chicken soup with rosemary, thyme, Thai basil and parsley.

Quiet dinner...ribeye with a garlic cheese spread, caramelized onions and mushrooms with a mixed green salad.
