Often times we play victim and shift of all the blame on the other person instead of taking accountability for the role we played in it. Self reflection and awareness is key to your evolution. Without it, you will remain in a state of arrested development.

I believe youāre not born with mental illness. Mental illness is, over time a buildup and result of a toxic upbringing/environment and unaddressed trauma which manifests itself in disease and mental illnessā¦
So when youāre asked as a child āwhy are you so angry?ā Itās much easier to blame it on bipolar disorder than to talk about the root of the anger, especially when youāre programmed to believe that your feelings donāt matter. As long as there is food, clothes and shelter, shouldnāt be nothing to complain about right?ā¦wrong!
