Cas should have done more celestial horror type shit when communicating with Dean, more strange dreams that are just vibes (rancid), more tv static that almost looks like a face, almost sounds like a voice, but not. Weird voices on the radio, familiar songs but the lyrics are wrong, people walking up to him and saying 'Im sorry but I just had the strangest feeling that I needed to tell you that you're in danger', more lights popping and buzzing and flickering going out when he's on the wrong path, glowing brighter when he's going where Cas wants, and the whole time Dean is rolling his eyes and huffing and pulling his hair like "DUDE! STOP BEING MYSTERIOUS I NEED ANSWERS?"

So, I absolutely did not mean to disappear for 7 months
It was supposed to be a couple weeks away from all social media over Christmas 🫠
As it turns out, finishing an engineering degree is kinda hard (who would've thought) and after New Years, I had to dedicate every part of myself to my studies
While I did finish university officially back in May, it has taken me some time to figure out how to have interests again and when all is said and done, I have to tell myself it was worth it because I graduate in 10 hours with a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Honours

As someone who is in their final year of a FIRE SAFETY engineering degree, my main gripe with this is that this huge fire hazard is right next to a marked fire exit.
now that the semester is coming to an end i can finally focus on more important tasks…writing thiam fanfic🙄🙏🏾
1 more week and I don't have to think about classes again until January 19th 🥹
I can finally focus on the important things (read: fanfiction) again!!

WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF YOUR BLOG NAME?
12 y.o me drew a top hat and monocle on a picture of a worm in high school biology and when it came time for me to pick a Wattpad name a few days later, that 'sophisticated worm' was fresh in my mind and it has stuck all these years 🪱🎩
WHAT'S YOUR "I WILL ALWAYS ORDER THIS" FOOD?
There are many. One for every place I regularly eat in fact. (I have OCD and it's particularly bad in regards to food so once I find a meal I'm willing to eat at a place, that's it for the rest of my life).
In general though, if a place is unfamiliar, I'd say steak. If a place has steak I'm all good.

It's so basic lol but I actually barely use emojis. I tend to be more of a :) person if I wanna do a little somethin' on the end but yeah even then I just don't most of the time
WHAT'S YOUR CURRENT COMFORT SHOW/MOVIE/BOOK?
TV show has got to be either Warehouse 13 because it's been a show I've loved since I was like 9 and I would watch it with my dad when he'd get to have me on the weekends. Or, Torchwood, which came into my life about a week after I lost my best friend; it gave me something else to focus on, especially when I wasn't sleeping, and it has been one of my go-to shows ever since.
Movie is probably Twister (the original 1996 movie - although I do love the new one too). Idk what it is about this film but it's just so good.
Book is either The Book Thief by Markus Zusak - even though it makes me cry like a baby - or All That's Left In The World by Erik J. Brown which is just a lovely little book despite being set in an apocalypse.

I started playing in 2013 and I still play it to this day.
It's a changed a lot over the years and is now a far cry from the game 8 y.o me started playing but I still adore it.

When my dog falls asleep on me.
She's a sweet baby but also an incredibly protective, anxious and noise sensitive Border Collie so there's something about knowing she trusts me enough to let all that go and sleep when she's with me that just warms my soul.

WHAT SMELL INSTANTLY MAKES YOU HAPPY?
Cooking bacon. It reminds me of summer break; waking up late and actually getting to eat breakfast for once.
Also, sandalwood candles. I've always got at least one in my room so it's the smell of home to me.

ARE YOU A MORNING PERSON, NIGHT OWL OR SOMETHING ELSE ENTIRELY?
I have insomnia but I also have 9am lectures most days so sleeping is very much a "if/when I get a chance" situation.
In general, I'm more likely to be awake in the middle of the night than not and I regularly have the unfortunate privilege of seeing both the sunset and the following sunrise.
I sleep for about 4-5 hours out of every 24 when I have lectures but will then sleep for 12-14 hours on my days off so I don't know what animal you'd call that.
LASTLY, IF YOU WORK, WHAT IS YOUR WORK PROFESSION? AND DO YOU LIKE IT?
Because I'm a university student, I am apparently chronically unemployable (got rejected from a McDonald's of all places last month, like be fucking for real) so that's starting to get my goat a little bit cuz existing is EXPENSIVE!
However, I graduate next summer and it won't be hard to find a job in my field (Fire Safety Engineering) so I'm hoping to just hold out until then at this point.
