Original Linaricgender Coining Post
Figured I should have a post coining these terms as I originally posted them all directly to the FANDOM gender wiki. Terms in order are: linariagender/linariafluid, liliumgender/liliumfluid, and linumgender/linumfluid. I chose the prefixes based on flowers.
Linaria - relates to yellow toadflax and was chosen due to the yellow from the non-binary flag.
Lilium - chosen from pink lilies and represents femininity.
Linum - picked from blue flaxes and represents masculinity. The top stripes represent the respective gender one wishes to be seen as, the white stripe was chosen for aesthetic purposes, and the purple is taken from the genderfluid flag to represent fluidity.
The 2026 Gender Census is now open!

The 13th annual international gender census, collecting information about the language we use to refer to ourselves and each other, is now open until 13th August 2026.
It’s short and easy, for most participants it takes 5 minutes or less.
After the survey is closed I’ll process the results and publish a spreadsheet of the data and a report summarising the main findings. Then anyone can use them for academic or business purposes, self-advocacy, tracking the popularity of language over time, and just feeling like we’re part of a huge and diverse community.
If you think you might have friends and followers who’d be interested, please do reblog this blog post, and share the survey URL by email or at AFK social groups or on other social networks. Every share is extremely helpful!

english isn't my first language, I'm sorry for mistakes
my redesign of orvi/עוברי flag
because the creator of the first ovri flag turned out to be a transphobe, I decided to redesign it.
I left the rainbow on the blue background, as it was on the first flag, but changed its position and placed cursive ayin (ע) in the center of the flag (because of the name of the term and because I love how cursive ayin looks like).
updated: on the first flag rainbow was six-colored but I didn't notice it right away because it's difficult to me to distinguish such light shades.

the terms for forms of attraction would be Demetisexual, Demetiromantic, etc.
tbh idk whether this flag should serve as a blanket for all forms of demetic attraction but i guess it will until someone makes ones for the others

Guess who found out they have to move right before Christmas. This guy! After many many months of harassment and abuse from our upstairs neighbour, our landlord has ended our tenancy and we are being expected to move by February 28th. This is going to be a hard and traumatic process for me as I have a lot of trauma regarding unstable housing and all the harassment me and my husband have received the past few months. All the info, including pictures of evidence of their harassment and queerphobia, and all my donation links are available in this Google doc;
Help Some Disabled Queers Move Hello! We are creating this document to contain all of the details regarding our fundraiser to help us move.
We considered a go fund me, but we didn’t wanna lose more money to the fees and we didn’t like how it was hard to insert photos to show what was going on. We wanna be as transparent as possible to the struggle we’re going through.

Hate to have to be like that but this is sadly still relevant :( the lease we wanted to sign was Not Legal and we could not sign it . We still have multiple places we can theoretically get but we can’t afford to get . Any of them. Because we can’t afford the dmg deposit and first months rent ontop of rent and utils where we currently are and I’m getting really, really scared about being homeless at this point. We were supposed to be out last month. Anything will help, we’d need like ~ 1.5k CAD (~1k USD) and like. I don’t expect to be able to crowd fund all of this but god I don’t know what the fuck else to do lol at the very least I will need money to not Die if I become homeless so either way it’s going to a good cause. 🫡
