So here is my contribution to celebrating Transgender Day of Visibility and International Doctors Day. A pink rose called ‘Stella’ and a yellow rose which has the same name as my daughter. Both delivered to her today to plant side by side in her garden. It’s a way to bring something bright to my daughters day and say thank you for being on the frontline in A&E. Today is traditionally the Transgender Day of Visibility. Obviously this year is very different. But it’s worth reflecting that in times of trouble community is everything. Small things that previously divided us now seem more outdated and unhelpful than ever.
