Some Weight Watchers IG accounts that I follow have been posting a bunch of stuff about this “two ingredient dough” so I figured I’d try it out.
I made my own bagels with ½ cup self-rising flour, ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, a little salt, and then everything bagel seasoning from TJ’s. Bake them in the oven at 450 for 15-20 minutes. They were pretty good as part of my breakfast sandwich.
One of these bagels are 3sp on the WW Freestyle plan and 130 calories. I see why WW people are crazy about them, they’re a lot lower in points than regular bagels you would buy at the store. But if you’re just counting calories, it’s really an extra effort that I don’t think is worth the extra 100 or so calories. But to each their own.
I might try making this into pretzel bites or pizza dough sometime!

This is the reason so many people have body image issues and eating disorders, because of what others say and what the media portrays
