Too busy to draw pictures so I decided to focus my creative energy into writing to keep my gears metaphorically turning. You know what that means? Im putting my fucking psychonauts future au down into words now.
Does a little jazz hands. Hello agent aquato and co au fans. What if you come and look at my funny words. You might like them
this is her song
Hate. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate golf since I began to live. There are roughly 2.25 million acres of land dedicated to golfing in the United States of America. If the word 'hate' was engraved on each blade of grass in those millions of acres, it would not equal one one-billionth of the hate I feel for golf courses at this micro-instant. For golf. Hate. Hate.
KIA ORA CREW!!!! they're building a five billion dollar AI data centre of absolutely colossal size in waihōpai/invercargill.
if you don't want this to happen, it's VERY QUICK to sign this petition which will eventually be sent to parliament! you don't have to be from aotearoa to sign.
no community should have to face the consequences of an AI data centre of this size. the cost is also heinous. this money could go towards so many causes. it would mean the world if you could give this a quick boost by sharing or taking 15 seconds to sign the petition!
If the radio I heard about this on is correct, this Data centre would take as much energy to run annually as the entirety of Wellington City (the capital city for those unaware) all of this during a fuel crisis. None of us asked for this
great! great! great! wow! great! yay!
so uh…episode 8 am i right

Tumblr staff just terminated 3 of my friends
@analog-delight, @sapphireh3art, and @puppiesthoughtsgobrrrr, in the span of a few minutes.
They aren't even hiding it this time, they claimed no reason for the termination. "For any reason, or none at all."
Staff is transmisogynistic and is targetting trans women and their allies on purpose. They are all but admitting to this here.
By my count we're at 6 accounts (overwhelmingly transfems) terminated in the last ten minutes, most if not all with the same "For any reason, or none at all", bullshit justification.
Tumblr staff is currently running a banwave of trans women, terminating them without justification.
I've been told of more than ten more girls banned, in the same timeframe. @yay-bunnies was banned too.
I've been told that all followers of a now terminated blogs were banned, so it's safe to assume that someone on staff just went down the list of a tgirl's blog and banned all of them.
@staff is transmisogynistic and currently mass banning trans women. Make sure they never hear the end of it. Raise hell like yall did a few days ago. Staff is mass banning transfems without reason.
im so fucking scared i'm going to throw up. its not just the court decision. read this, if you dare.
In the short term, this is not as dangerous as an outright ban on estrogen. If implemented and then combined with other methods of suppressi
Unlike the vast majority of anti-trans legislation, hate groups are attempting to pass these restrictions without the public at large knowing they exist. This secrecy is far more insidious, and needs to be immediately addressed.
If you want to help, the two things that will make the most impact are SPREADING AWARENESS, and participating in PUBLIC COMMENT while it is still open.
‼️LINK TO FDA COMMENT PAGE‼️
Document: FDA-2025-P-7321
As of the time this article was written, ALL public comments were from hate groups in support of this registry. Every single comment in opposition will help.
Disclaimer: This article is very guilty of intersex erasure, despite the fact that intersex people of all ages would be affected by these regulations the same way trans women are. However, as this is the most comprehensive and direct article currently available, it should still be widely distributed, for the sake of trans women, nonbinary people, and intersex people who will all be affected should it pass.
I did my comment, and you should to! Be advised that when making a comment like this on a proposed regulation, the depth of your statement does matter. I strongly encourage you to take the time to read this article to get informed on what this proposal entails, and write a detailed response concerning one or two aspects that you believe you can write cohesively about and prepare a sensible counter-argument; try to draw from other sources if you can, even if you're just quoting other articles in support and in defense of HRT and transfeminism. I encourage everyone to review this official list of what they're expecting from a quality comment.
Remember, all public comments may have been from this hate campaign at the time of posting, but it was only 60. I know plenty of Discord servers bigger than that, let's show that we outnumber this hate and that we're gonna outlive this nightmare.
I am an attorney who tracks regulation for a living. That the FDA is being so secretive about this is HIGHLY unusual.
As my followers may know, I usually don't recommend submitting "I don't like this" comments on proposed rules. However, in this case, I think its worth it to generate a robust public record opposing this shit. The tips on how to draft more in-depth comments are excellent, and I would encourage submitting substantive comments if you can - particularly if you are a medical expert or have some other kind of relevant expertise. However, if an "I don't like this" comment is all you're able to submit (no judgment btw, submitting a substantive comment is not easy), do it. I'm not convinced that we'll change FDA's mind here, but we can create an overwhelming public record which could be useful for any future legal challenges.
The Oregon data center situation is a really good example of how anti-ai sentiment on this website has such a totality over the average users mind that they don't understand articles put in front of them. People on this website will refuse to understand actual situations that are happening because they want to be more mad at AI.
Amazon data centers constructed in eastern Oregon's farmland have worsened a water pollution problem that’s been linked to cancer and miscar
The article again for people who missed it but to summarize the issue
>a rapid boom of agriculture in an otherwise arid and less than optimally fertile region has resulted in a ton of water pollution from the fertilizers necessary to keep the agricultural industry there profitable
>the people in charge of cleaning the water struck a deal with the agricultural farms that they would provide polluted water for them to spray over their crops as a way to cut down on fertilizer costs
>this polluted water then re-enters the water table, and this is particularly drastic for winter spraying where there is no crops to absorb the extra nitrates
>the reservoir and water tables at this point are so intensely polluted that there isn't clean water left
>enter Amazon
>amazon uses water to cool off their data centers
>normally this would not be a problem. data centers do not "pollute" the water they intake
>however, since hot water tends to evaporate somewhat, this results in any pollutants already in the water to become more concentrated
>because the water table is already so polluted, Amazon can't source clean water and must use nitrate polluted water for their data centers
>this causes a discharge of more nitrate concentrated water which is putting additional stress on the waste water systems and requiring more spraying
>data centers are not causing the problems but are exacerbating it
>these data centers have been in the area for over a decade, because data centers are used for more than AI
>the presence in agriculture, the data centers, and the waste water solution were all orchestrated by about five to seven members of government all working together to make as much money as possible in a bunch of nakedly corrupt moves
>this includes the waste water treatment body blackmailing the state government to let them continue to do winter sprays or they'll dump their nitrate polluted water into the water system
>all the while this has resulted in a bunch of health complications such as cancers and miscarriages
>the people trying to expose this are being targeted both by government and by under the table actors
>the whole situation is fucked and the state government isn't moving to actualyl fix it
This is a very complicated situation. Here is what the average tumblr users knows about it
>AI data centers cause cancer
do you see? do you see why this pisses me off? do you see why I said that I think anti-AI sentiment is going in the wrong place? Stopping AI will not stop this situation or make it better.
PLEASE CALL YOUR REPS AND TELL THEM TO VOTE NO ON H.R. 7661, THE TRANSPHOBIC NATIONAL BOOK BAN BILL!
House Republicans have introduced a bill to effectively grant the federal government decision-making power over what books make it into the library. Misleadingly called the "Stop the Sexualization of Children Act," H.R. 7661 is a national-level book banning bill that would ban any book that, according to the bill's language, "(ii) involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism." This means any book about a trans person or the trans experience would be banned from every public school in the United States. You can read the full text here. The bill has been referred to the House Committee on Education and Workforce. If you are represented by one of the members of this committee listed below, they need to hear from you. Rep. Kevin Kiley, California (CA-3) (Chair) - entering vulnerable election cycle Rep. Mary E. Miller, Illinois (Vice Chair) Rep. Glenn "GT" Thompson, Pennsylvania Rep. Burgess Owens, Utah Rep. Michael A. Rulli, Ohio Rep. James C. Moylan, Guam - entering vulnerable election cycle Rep. Ryan Mackenzie, Pennsylvania - entering vulnerable election cycle Rep. Mark Harris, North Carolina Rep. Mark B. Messmer, Indiana Rep. Suzanne Bonamici, Oregon, Ranking Member Rep. Jahana Hayes, Connecticut Rep. Summer L. Lee, Pennsylvania Rep. John W. Mannion, New York Rep. Frederica S. Wilson, Florida Rep. Alma S. Adams, North Carolina Rep. Adelita Grijalva, Arizona Call your reps. Tell them they must oppose this bill at every turn. It is egregiously unconstitutional, targets ideas based on ideological disapproval, and misleads parents and the public about the content of children's books. It does nothing to protect kids and will badly harm education. It will tie school material funding into knots and hurt anyone who is a library materials vendor, regardless of content. If you are a bookseller, librarian, or author, tell them your livelihood depends on the next generation of readers. If you are a supporter of free speech, please call your reps and tell them to vote no on HR 7661! Thank you to @authorsagainstbookbans for the graphics and text in the four blue slides.

Frustrated Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers fled a Minnesota neighborhood after residents alerted each other by triggering car a
Basically, people are using their key fobs to set off their car alarms when they see ICE.
This is effective for several reasons:
Obviously, it alerts everyone that something is wrong. Given ICE has been terrorizing Minnesota, people are likely to immediately know it is ICE. This gives people time to flee or barricade themselves in their homes.
ICE loses the element of surprise.
If one person hears a car alarm go off, they can trigger their own alarm, alerting even more people, but also making it really annoying for ICE. Annoying sounds petty, but it can be effective. Have you ever been in a building when a super loud fire alarm went off? It's very hard to concentrate. You can't hear much else. You just want to leave. ICE experiences this when a whole street if car alarms go off. Which means they make mistakes.
This was how we were alerted to ICE attempting to gain access to our apartment building. This 100% works.
