I just wanted to get on here and thank those of you who have purchased the hard copy of Volume 1. It has sold 27 copies, which is about twice as many as I expected to sell. I hope none of you regret the purchase.

If anyone would be willing, could you send me a picture of your copy. One of my friends sent me a picture of his, but I would like to know who else received theirs, and if they are happy with the quality.
