If you buy pre-made herbal tea blends (usually have names like Bedtime, Calm, etc) check the ingredients. I just saw a Nighttime blend that had St. Johns Wort in it, which can be dangerous when mixed with some medications. Talk to you doctor what herbs you should avoid. (Especially when you want to ingest st. Johns wort or mugwort) 

 A simple hint to remember is just because its in a food store, doesn’t mean its safe.

Okay I’ll try and be polite here but Kabbalah is not a withc craft thing. It’s a Jewish thing. Google its damn history, it’s Jewish mysitcism that Xtians in their usual arrogance and disrespect decided to steal from Jewish people.

“Magicians” of the Renaicance and onwards - like the Antisemitic ass wanker Crowley - then decided to make Kabbalah along with stuff like the Seal of Solomon, theirs.

So no, Kabbalah is not a witch craft thing, it’s straight up appropriation to claim that it is. Just because you stole it from someone who stole it from us does not make it yours. Twice stolen does not equal ownership. Keep your hands off it!

Besides as it is stated up there you need about 40 years of study of Torah and Talmud to even begin to understand Kabbalah. That’s Jewish scripture. Even if it was not a closed tradtion, which btw it is, why would you spend that much time studying the scripture of a culture and religion that isn’t yours?

• bake it into a cake, pie, or cookie

• kiss the intended recipient of the spell (consent is important)

• burn it, smudge your house with it

• sew it into a piece of clothing or knit/crochet it into a blanket

• sing it, let your soul speak it

• brew it into your beverage of choice (tea, coffee, hot cocoa, etc.)

• (for incredibly powerful spells) tattoo it on your skin

• make art of it (paint, draw, sculpt, etc.)

• clean with it (shower, bathe, tidy, organize, etc.)

• take a shot to it (when you’re of age)

• cry or laugh about it, catharsis is powerful

• gift it (gift it to a friend, connect your spell to an object and share it)

I really like how Usagi handles it. She’s not undermining the girl’s feelings and she’s taking her seriously. If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.

On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.

Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.

But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.

What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

I don’t like to have politics on my blog but I’ve read a few of the links provided above and as an artist in the EU I believe they have our best interests at heart, I know it sounds scary but after reading the EUs official reasoning for wanting to do this I got the impression that they are trying to make the internet a better place, one by making it easier to research things by giving information relative to where you are in the world.

Two if I understood it correctly they want to make it safer for artists online so our work doesn’t get stolen or used by people who we don’t want it to, so we actually get the credit for it.

And three I’m pretty sure they want to make it safer for younger people to use the internet and I think that’s really good.

I could be totally wrong, and you if it involves you, you should always do your research and make your own unbiased opinions.
