One of the worst things about daily stress, is when you have to live with it while you’re struggling with mental illness too. 

I know, this is not one of the best start i could ever write, but it’s exactly what i am thinking about these days over and over. I’m fuckin tryin to concentrate but i’m overwhelmed by this constant intrusive toughts that don’t let me think straight. 

I’m tryin to fight them in order to be a better version of myself, but i’m terrified by the idea that i will let them consume me one day or another, as they always did.

This is just a friendly remind to myself to stay strong, cause it’s the only thing i can do rn.
