Sometimes I really want to come back on here and start blogging again, but then I think about the whole ‘mumblr’ craziness. I don’t even know if it’s still a thing, but damn the behavior of everyone, including myself, around 2013/2014 was out of control. On a side note, the twins are going to be five in May. They’re super tall and crazy smart. It’s been a wild few years since I really posted on here.

Bodies aren’t meant to stay the same. We are supposed to grow and change. We shouldn’t be making people in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, etc feel like they need to strive for the bodies they had in their teens and 20’s. Or making people feel like they “need to get their bodies back” after they have had children. These mindsets aren’t healthy and change is inevitable.
