okay but a modern royals au (because yes i’m never going to shut up about modern royals fight me) where there’s an intermarriage between two countries for whatever reason and the two to be married hate each other i’m talking like had a bad past/history or something together and just….. despise each other. like, they’d probs try poison each other at breakfast tbh but like as a joke, nothing lethal. and the public loves them together because they put on this ‘we’re in love af’ facade, but then as soon as no one sees they’re like cats and dogs and fighting like crazy but then, ofc, bc i am a trashcan, because they spend so much time together they start to actually get to know each other and it’s like ‘well, damn, this fucker isn’t so bad, my life is a lie’. and they’re both stubborn af like ‘nah son i don’t like you’ so they probs just have angry sex and shit like that until like something clicks and they’re like *grand gesture of love* and yes. give me. now. thank.
