              was  that  what   PARTNERS   did  to  one  another  ?  abandon  the  other  with  90%  of  the  money  on  the  side  of  the  road,  blood  staining  her  face  and   GUILT  WEIGHING  AT  HER  HEART  ?  as  if  everything  was  her  fault  ?  was  walking  away  the  EASIEST  THING  TO  DO  ?

             yet  even  with  memories  of  their   MEXICAN  HONEYMOON,   rosy  lips  found  the  strength  &  courage  to  curl  into  a bittersweet  smile,  hiding  the  pain  behind  glassy  eyes.  hesitation  flowed  through  the  course  of  her  veins  before  slender  arms  wrapped  themselves  around  his  neck  as  a   MERE  SUPPORT  SYSTEM   before  her  limbs  grew  weak  from  exhaustion .  his  scent  as  intoxicating  as  it  was,  always  seemed  to   CALM  HER  NERVES.   and  in  moments  like  these,  where  the   PAST   crept  its  way  back  into  the  present ;  his  touch,  no  matter  what,  was  always  the  key.  and  always  vanished  her  past  inner  demons  into  A  FORBIDDEN  SILENCE   as  a  true  god  always  would.  //  @redscharming  +  @thiefscode  ; ♥.

she tries so hard,
