Omg so I reblogged this a couple of days ago and have barely been restricting at all and I’m back to 99!!! Wtf

have a coffee, tea, ice, cocoa powder, water, chew gum. watch a movie, start a new show, edit some pics, cook for your family, watch random episodes of shows you have already watched, scroll through your fav apps, look at thinspo, take a shower, take a nap.
worried you're eating too much?
while living with your parents its hard to lower your food intake so these are some tips i use:
-only eat when forced too, like lunch or dinner all togheter.
-dont pick more food from other's plate.
-take time to eat, i know its hard but take your time.
-use smaller plates so it appears like you're eating more.
-smile, talk, tell jokes, ask them about how their food is, go to the bathroom, drink water, give them some of your food with the exuse that its really tasty.
-"i already ate" when coming back from hanging out with ppl.
-always ask if you can skip the meal, the more you know, maybe they say yes.

-GUM, keeps you from eating tons and its an excuse to not eat, "want some cake?", "no thanks, im chewung gum and i dont wanna ruin it"
-talk a lot, your day, grades, thoughts in general, SHARE.
- also eat slowly and the less the better.

-taste is temporal, that body isnt.
-you've been craving for 10 mins, you've wanted this body for AGES.
some tricks i use
> chamomile tea helps with a bloated stomach (you can also use it as a steamer if you have a cold, just put the hout the in a bowl, put a towel over your head and inhale the steam for a few minutes)
> green tea boots your metabolism and keeps you awake
> lavender tea is good for insomnia or anxeity
> instant soups can be helpful if you’re craving something savoury
> if you’re tired of drinking plain water, make it fancy with some lemon juice or mint leaves
> freeze lemon water and suck on it if you’re craving something

tips for eating out with ana
never be the one to suggest going to eat
drink at least one glass of cold water before you go
if someone else wants to share a meal, do so.
when ordering avoid carb heavy foods such as pastas, burgers, bready foods, or fatty foods such as cheesy foods
look for metabolism boosters like spinnage
drink another while waiting for your meal
ask for no ice so you get more water
once you get your food wait a couple of minutes before you start eating
take sips every 1-3 bites
chew more, eat less
pick at your food
Don’t eat everything on your plate, restaurant portions are huge anyways
get water in a to go cup when you leave

I am 100% in control of what I eat. I do not need to binge or eat foods that will make me fat, I can control what goes into my body. I can control how I look. It’s up to me now.

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon sweetener 1 tablespoon water
How to: Mix the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Put it in the microwave for 60 seconds and enjoy! It’s nice and fluffy and warm and I just love it. You can add cinnamon, lemon, cocoa powder, really whatever you want. It’ll probably add a few calories though.
Really comforting and safe, I felt a lot better after eating it (I was having a panic attack and was about to binge).

1tbsp flour ~2 tbsp water (until you get a batter with some chunks ) Garlic salt & any other spices you want Microwave 60 seconds Boom- 25 calorie garlic roll
