Sorry, but…
… You aren’t special. Those thoughts of “I need to eat something, I’m feeling lightheaded.” and “I’ve done well, I deserve this.” or the worst, “this one thing won’t hurt.” have been had by tons of people. The only difference is some people ignore them and keep moving forward, and the rest give in to the cake or sandwich. We all know who the skinny ones are though.
*cough*
So my long distance girlfriend from New Hampshire is going to be visiting once this entire thing with the Coronavirus has blown over, and that should give me at least two months to fast and lose weight... I'm going to log my food here again, I need to start actually trying.
Trying on old clothes is one of my fave motivations to keep going🤧

Guys, I know it’s hard. But there’s so many reasons to recover. Imagine being one of those 24 people, eating disorders aren’t a lifestyle or a joke. Eating disorders kill.
If you find yourself asking “Should i really eat breakfast today?” or “Can i really allow myself to have a snack now?”, this post is your answer:
