Back when I had my older model phone (not a smartphone) I used this site here. You have to sign up to make an account, but I never got any spam messages. Just search for 'TARDIS' and a bunch of options should pop up.
For an iPhone, you can just download the tone file here and upload it to iTunes. Ditto for the search.

One more thought on starting a new Whovian. I start people off with basic background info (TARDIS, regeneration, sonic) & show them Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead, partly because I love those and partly because that introduces River Song. That way, the person can start back with the 9th Doctor, stick with the 10th, or jump right into the 11th and not be entirely lost when River shows up. Depends how much catching up they want to do. It hasn't failed me yet! :)
In regards to showing episodes. I always start with either Rose or The 11th Hour followed by Smith and Jones or Partners In Crime. They're great introductions to the Doctor and to his companions, in my opinion.
I have mixed emotions about showing blink to someone newly interested in Who. While it does portray the wibbley-wobbley-ness in a very intriguing way, it doesn't really give viewers that great of a taste for the Doctor and sort of makes him out to be an enigma. :l
I am of the opinion that Blink is fantastic. Also because it doesn't require ANY knowledge on the doctor at all, and is still magnificent and exciting :D It's the one that got my parents hooked, and since its from the RTD era, they won't get "disappointed" by the quality of the first two series, something that might happen if you start with a post-series 4 episode. Just an opinion though :3
I might be the only one, but I think starting with Eccelston episode 1 is great to start someone new. It is very different from the classics but still can really catch someone's attention. It isn't 100% sci-fi and is more adventure so most people can love it.
But I do think that one issue with starting with Eccles is that the effects aren't that good. Which, considering the amazing shit we see in movies nowadays, might turn someone off Doctor Who.

Oooooooh. Well, I (Sarah) strongly suggest that you head over to Forbidden Planet (near Covent Garden) and lust after all the DW merch.
And um, if you head to Earl's Court Tube station, there's a TARDIS right outside the station exit. It's a bit fatter than the actual TARDIS but still pretty freaking awesome.
And if you're like me and are a hardcore 10/Rose shipper, then head over to Canary Wharf and take a picture of yourself being sad in front of it.
