“To be fair, you can put “ed” on the end of anything and it sounds like a euthemism for being drunk: I was completely fridged last night. I was totally curtained. I was fully jellybeaned, mate!” This is from a friend of his’ predictive text turning “I dunno mate, I’m totally drunk” into “I dunno mate, I’m completely battleshipped”. Callum raises a fair point though. I’m off to get utterly degued.
I quote a lot of the odd things Callum comes out with here. So here’s a different quote that is important. I’ve been going through a fairly complicated time of things of late. Wouldn’t change it, but it doesn’t mean the hard times aren’t hard. Over an emotional night I messaged to say I’d not be joining him that evening, and we chatted about things. As I signed off, this is what he simply said. And I know he means it. So, lots of jokes, but never overlook this here is a fine chap. I’d say “fine gent”, but you’ve probably read some of this blog by now.

Round 2 of pausing X-Files: What’s Scully longing for?
After pausing for Callum to nip out mid-X-File, we played “What’s Scully noticing?”

Callum’s mask got returned from being painted (by the gent that suggested the alt blog “Things Callum lost up his bum” a while back). He informs me his wasteland name is “The Clum”. I’m still not sure Fury Road was a Mad Max film. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but the [Spoilers - feel free to message to ask, we might answer]. Cool as fuck film, still, though.

We went MCM Liverpool today! Not sure anyone knows who we went as, but for reference it was Jeffrey Comb’s Animated Scarecrow and Snake Plesskin from Escape from LA.
