can someone please tell me why i gained 1.8 lbs over the course of 10 am - 7 pm? i know weight fluctuates but i have had 55 goldfish (140 cals) and 1 bite of cooked chicken (15 cals tops) to eat today. i also burned those calories off at the gym. maybe its water? ive had 1.5 liters today
