It’s a process. You’re going to have setbacks. But you’re going to get there, I promise.
Getting it done
6:30am spinning class done before work✔️ I was really tired when I woke up to go but I'm very glad I went, feel so much better now and means I have my evening free after work. Already feeling so much better after only a couple of days of reducing my junk snacking because I had got back to doing old bad habits.
I got my heart broken and I survived, I failed 3 courses in university and graduated, I got rejected in the very first job I applied for and got promoted yesterday, I went through hard times with my family but then two years later, we laughed our hearts out over lunch, The closest friends disappointed me several times but I made new friends and loved them with all my heart. I did it once, I can do it again.
I NEEDED THIS SO BADLY
Sorry for being inactive over the past few months. I had my A level exams and got distracted but now I'm ready to get back into fitness because I've fallen off the wagon recently with being away on holidays and no longer having a routine in place as I'm off school. I did the GraceFitHomeGuide during my exams instead of wasting study time going to the gym and I really enjoyed it. I bought some dumbbells to use with it and people around me noticed some results on my legs and glutes, as have I. I'm getting back into the gym this week as well as doing the guide when I maybe don't have time for the gym as I start full time work this week too but want to still make time for my friends so it will just take some organising of my time to get it right. Went on a walk with my mum this morning and now am going to do some YouTube videos with my dumbbells for abs and some squats too. Let me know how you're getting on and what kind of content you want me to produce thanks.
Just bought the Grace Fit Home Guide 🎉very excited for this new part of my fitness journey and am hoping it'll be really great for toning and building muscle 💪🏻
Starting weights
I've signed up for a boot camp at my local gym which starts on Monday! It's Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am and Saturday at 8:00am for four weeks but because of my my part time job I can't do the Saturdays. It's going to be mainly weights with high reps which I'm excited for as I've never really done weights and I think this will be a good way to find out what all I can do with them.
Yesterday I was scanned to see what I needed improve so I need to lose body fat as it's a tiny bit high, gain muscle as it is hilariously low and my water mass is in the yellow so I have to increase my water intake a bit more. There's a nutrition plan given with it as well so I'm really excited to try see some results as my body isn't used to weights 💪 wish me luck!! Pleasr me know any tips or advice for gym anxiety as my friend had to pull out and we've always tried new classes together, so I'm slightly anxious about it. Thanks x
