yummy 90 calorie (cooked) meal recipe!!
guysss, i made another recipe!
its actually EDIBLE (which is different from most other ed recipes lmao)
for this one, u will need :
kale (standard serving is 14cals)
half a can of tuna in spring water/brine (the brand i used was 58cals for half the can)
1 egg white (17 cals)
seasonings of ur choice (salt has 0 cals n certain brands of lemon juice are 0/1cal soooo)
method :
boil the kale in water for 15ish minutes or until it's soggy n kinda limp
put the egg whites in a bowl n add salt, chilli powder n lemon juice (or whatever seasonings u like)
drain the kale n put it in a frying pan
add the tuna to the pan, followed by the seasoned egg whites
fry this mixture for 2-3 minutes or until the egg whites are actually white
enjoy!
this meal is kinda filling (i'd say 6-7/10) but it's good because it's HOT n most ana recipes are cold n inedible.
plus u don't need oil (20 cals) to fry it bc of the egg whites :)
Safe food idea:
Don’t Worry 1 calorie meringue
These (as mentioned above) are 1 calorie each and would satisfy a sweet craving
(These aren’t vegan so for those who are, I’m sorry but I have another post for low calorie sweets that are vegan)
I just wanted to post this because they’re one calorie each which is practically unheard of and I think many of you would LOVE to know about this
if y’all are ever craving pizza get that 45 cal bread and put sum tomato sauce and a bit of cheese on it and bam. pizza for like 90 calories
BREAD!
Glutenfree bread tends to have fewer calories than normal bread! Check it out the next time you‘re grocery shopping :)
Omg guys I can have toast 😭🥺 For the days I need quick food
90 cal for 2 slices, 45 cal for 1 💕
I knew raspberries we're the best and this proves it. There may be more blueberries but you could maybe make 1 batch of muffins with that. The raspberries though? The flavor just stretches further.
Low Cal/Low Fat Ramen!
Only 114 calories and 1 gram of fat ;)
I’ve been eating only fruit and vegetables for 4 days and yesterday I had packaged ramen. It was one of my resolutions not to eat packaged food, but it was such a strong craving :( so now, in order to avoid slip-ups like yesterday, I whipped up this healthier ramen for myself :) Full disclosure, the ramen I made was actually 193 calories because I added chicken, but I’m trying to cut back on meat, so from now on I’ll be eating this with no chicken, which brings the calorie count to 114. In comparison, ramen that you buy at the store is 360 calories and 14 grams of fat 😬 I’ll put the ingredients and instructions under the cut so that I don’t back up your dash 😺 I hope y’all can try this and enjoy it 💜

♡ 62 Calorie Fried Pickles with Spicy Ranch (makes 10) ♡
Disclaimer- This is NOT my photo. This is a representation of what these could look like.
☆INGREDIENTS☆
•1 egg white + 2 tbsp water (17)
•thinslim foods low carb breadcrumbs 4 tbsp (45)
•10 slices dill pickles (0)
•great value vegetable oil cooking spray (0)
•walden farms ranch 2 tbsp (0)
•franks red hot sauce 2 tbsp (0)
•[optional but recommended] seasonings~ oregano, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, parsley, paprika (0)
■SAUCE ■
In a bowl mix together Ranch and hot sauce. Optional you can add salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley.
Allow sauce so sit in fridge while you make your pickles. Longer the sauce sits the better the flavor.
□PICKLES□
• Start by putting your 10 pickle slices on a paper towel or napkin. This will allow them to not be soggy since they will be baked
•in a bowl whisk together your egg white and water also adding 1/8th a tsp of hot sauce for an extra kick then set aside
•in another bowl add your breadcrumbs and all your optional seasonings. they are definetly recommended but you can change them to your preference
•preheat oven to 450°f while you finish preparing pickles
• now in a assembly line fashion lightly coat 1 pickle at a time in your liquid then to you breadcrumbs and set on a baking tray.
•once all are coated and on baking tray spray an even lay of cooking oil and flip them to make sure you get both sides. This will make them extra crispy.
•once ovens heated simply keep an eye on them so they dont burn. The high heat will allow then to crisp up BUT can easily burn fast. If you have an air fryer thatll work as well.
•once done simply plate with sauce :)
❤ This was a request and I hope it will work out great for everyone who enjoys fried pickles :) 80 of these are 496 calories so even with a HUGE binge youll be under 500 calories. Enjoy ❤

Very satisfying lunch today!
210g spiced Cod (recipe included) I used margrine instead of butter
65g zat's rice
1T margrine
2c mixed greens
The rice was in the discount bin so I decided to base my meal around it. I am very pleased with the flavor and it has a ton of fiber and protein due to the white beans.
This would also be very good with Salmon or Catfish but I was craving the buttery flaky flavor of cod.
Chocolate Smoothie Recipe 130cal
An experimental recipie for anyone looking for a treat. I cannot have regular chocolate without utterly pigging out, so this recipe is to help curb cravings using my favourite calorie vs volume method.
1 cup cashew milk (25)
One 100g cup of greek yogurt (80)
1 tbs cocoa powder (12-15)
Vanilla extract
Sweetener of your choice (stevia, allucose, splenda, etc)
1 tsp xzanthum gum if you want it thicker (10)
Ice (Optional)
(Optional with variable nutrition) Cinnamon, peppermint extract, chia seeds, coconut, greens, pb2, espresso powder, fruits (chopped and frozen beforehand)
Just put all of your ingredients into a blender (ice last though), and blitz that baby till she's smooth (or at least homogeneous). Pour into a bowl and freeze up (add toppings if you wish), and let sit. Or, pour into cup and drink away. Enjoy your slurp, and hope I could help with those pesky cravings!
Stay Fierce
Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 Eggs
Calories: around 240 for the whole batch
(Alternatively, you can use two egg whites instead, which would bring the calories down to around 140 per batch)
One batch makes around eight pancakes, depending on size.
Directions:
Heat up a pan on medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mash banana completely with a fork. It should be an almost liquidy consistency.
Cook pancakes until golden on bottom, then flip and cook until both sides are fully cooked. Be careful when flipping, as the pancakes are delicate and can fall apart while flipping. Try and make smaller pancakes for easy flipping.
Note: Keep in mind these pancakes aren’t cakey like regular pancakes, they have a texture that reminds me of custard, almost.
Hope you enjoy!
