Intro Post
Welcome to this blog!!!! I was inspired by blogs like @this-is-aromantic-joy @this-is-narc-joy and @this-is-trans-joy to make this blog for people who have both Autism and ADHD!!!!
This blog is run by one mod, who is @paru-paru-parfait8 and is a 25 year old woman with AuDHD as well as Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder and uses She/Her pronouns + neopronouns!!!!
This blog will not tolerate any form of bigotry, including homophobia, transphobia, aphobia, sexism of any kind, racism, hatred towards intersex people, or ableism of any kind, which includes using terms like "narcissist abuse", as that is not a real form of abuse and just demonizes people with NPD when not everyone with the disorder is an abuser, and any abusers who do have NPD aren't abusive because of their disorder!!!! I will absolutely not tolerate people who demonize people with specific disorders on this blog, especially personality disorders!!!!
You can submit your experiences of AuDHD joy, wether it be something related to one of your special interest/hyperfixations, something someone said to or about you, something someone did for you, etc.!!!!
