I hate that when youâre stressed enough your body just starts falling apart. I think it should realize youâre already stressed and donât need that and start functioning better actually
I do suffer the american condition of liking to drink huge drinks
Lemme get a little sippy
saw this post & blacked out for 30 minutes & came back to awareness having had created this. the creative urge overtook me.

the enemy drank water today. did you?
i drank water three days ago. im several steps ahead of the enemy. this is what it takes to win
still thinking about hardison and that fucking painting. the old nate painting
Where is Old Nate?
Old Nate painting taken down from Leverage office wall so as not to make Sophie sad
"Hardison, this thing cannot be in my pantry, get it out of here"
Reverse heist where Parker places it on display in the British Museum
Records changed to make it look like it was wrongly identified as early work by someone who later became intensely famous and respected, and like a lot of money was paid for it
Assorted experts in colonized countries alerted to embarrassing "mistake"
General mockery ensues throughout the art world
Press joins in general mockery
Parker steals painting BACK along with a few other minor artifacts (that happen to quietly find their way back to rightful owners)
British Museum reports actual thefts, is accused of trying to run an insurance scam as no one would take notoriously fake painting
Painting mysteriously appears in background shot of tech billionaire's home interview
Immediate trending topic + virulent online mockery of billionaire's horrible taste
Billionaire doesn't go to jail, but suffers massive reputational damage for unprovable but highly suspicious link to art theft / scam
Billionaire's stock plummets, potentially lucrative deal to buy social media site falls through as result
Painting goes missing AGAIN
At this point every rich person with an art collection is terrified of being linked to the theft
Numerous stolen / looted art items preemptively returned
Meanwhile, painting reappears in Eliot's pantry
Dammit, Hardison!
Repeat.
#im LAUGHING Nate would be proud#itâs the ot3âs way of coping at first (heâs still there with them!!) but then he becomes a con of his own#hardison toasting old Nate with ââand you said there were no new playsââ#parker talks to old Nate during the reverse heist/heists#eliot grumbles about old Nate in the pantry but will prop him on the counter and set out a small glass of brandy for old times sake#Nate might be gone but heâll always be there with them (@thecookiemonster77â) ;-;
if christopher nolan was really the visionary and ground-breaking director everyone claims he is he would have cast ben affleck as penelope
I have to tell you a secret that will see you through all the trials that life can offer. Have courage and be kind.
CINDERELLA (2015) dir. Kenneth Branagh
so the thing about Leverage is that by the fifth season you'll get to an episode called "The D.B. Cooper Job" and think to yourself, ah, of course, this thematic title hints at some kind of aerial crime, or perhaps a case of needing to vanish with a lot of money. Which is why it is so fucking insane that two minutes into the episode Agent McSweeten looks directly onto the camera and asks "hey can you guys please literally solve the real actual D.B. Cooper cold case. it would really mean a lot to my dad."
i know this is how comedies work but i hate that hero and claudio end up together in much ado not only and obviously because of him basically spitting on her at their wedding accusing her of sleeping with someone else when he has like no evidence and also was told this by like. Guy Who Monologues About Being Evil. and leaving her for dead there. not only this but also!!! the seeds of claudioâs jealousy are literally there from the beginning!!! his lashing out at the wedding isnât a fluke brought out by malevolence!! jealousy and suspicion and insecurity is part of his character. when don pedro offers to woo hero for claudio, claudio agrees and then gets threatened when don pedro does exactly what they had discussed because he doesnât believe hero will actually love him. he doesnât trust her. and this problem!!! never gets fixed!!!! weâre supposed to believe that after they reveal to him that sheâs innocent that he just trusts her now? that the same thing isnât going to happen in their marriage when the stakes are a lot higher now because she has to depend on him for everything?? when the whole play weâve seen only the opposite?
to me this is one of the hardest parts about staging much ado now because to a modern audience it just really does not seem like much of a happy ending at all. idk what you can even do within the text to remedy it. like really maybe doing something with the scene where claudio visits her âgraveâ and emphasizing it (because thatâs an easy scene to cut but absolutely necessary if you want to redeem his character). or idk just like falling over to the ground sobbing when hero takes off her veil and reveals sheâs alive. it has to be extreme. idk like heâs sorrowful and he knows he was wrong. shakespeare establishes that heâs sorrowful. claudio knows, this time, that he was wrong. but thereâs always next time. does he ever learn to believe her?
#This is why itâs so important for Benedick to get the threat right. If heâs there and married to Beatrice (best girl ever) then Hero has#recourse to someone safe. And Claudio has someone who will talk him down that can/ will kick his ass.#the importance of community and true friendship cannot be underestimated. This is what saves Hero.#The priest tempers her father. Beatrice implores Benedick to help. Hero trusts those who have demonstrated their faith in her.#and !! She doesnât let Claudio get away with it actually!! She says the old Hero is dead. Iâm the new Hero.#she has had an awful experience with this guy. She might not love him the same way anymore but she does still love him.#and now theyâve both experienced the grave consequences of Claudioâs rash emotional decisions. thatâs a weakness to watch out for.#Thatâs a weakness the whole family and community is going to be watching out for. Especially Ben and Bea.
fuck its Already like 100 am
a cancelled tv show is a kind of dead wife
Sorry but it's not complete without...
the way the series makes it as obvious as possible that they were each other's soulmates
They did this joke so many times and it ate every single time
Ok so I just watched Ted Lasso for the first time guess who's my favorite character
sherlock holmes deduces you are trans before you've figured it out yourself and refers to you with those pronouns and then when you look confused is like "ah...had you not arrived at that conclusion yet?" and wafts away in his dressing gown to smoke seventeen pipes, leaving you in a gender crisis
Hercule Poirot deduces you are trans by accident because he suspected you of murder and broke into your house and searched your stuff then puts 2 and 2 together when Hastings makes an innocuous observation about your fashion sense or something and he jumps up and cries âmon dieu!!!â before striding over to you kissing you on both cheeks and saying âah, cher ami, you must live as you choose!â and then running off to confront the real culprit while you stand there in befuddlement
Columbo deduces you're trans from context clues while he's talking to you about the area, immediately uses your preferred pronouns and starts telling you about his cousin, who's also transgender, and how they got this job doing security, and how they told him that a security guard always locks up, and asks you if the guard locked up last night, and isn't it weird the place was open? And you're like, well, someone else must have opened it up. Maybe the guy in charge? He has a spare key. And then he nods and goes "the guy in charge has a spare key... well, how about that?" And then he offers you a cigar and wanders off, and a day later your boss gets arrested for murder.
Fanon Batman deduces you are trans and suddenly a free hormone clinic opens up by your home a couple months later
Miss Fisher learns youre trans and simply gives you hormones, and a little cocaine as a treat. she also invites you out to a club to meet like minded individuals. at the club you watch as she seduces the bartender and then the next day the bartender is arrested for the murder.
