Ladies and gents. According to the courts and the Trump administration ammunition and accessories Are not protected by the 2nd amendment.

Suppressors are not commonly used by law abiding citizens because you have to give up your fucking kidney just to ask the government we are allowed to have them. Every other country that allows civilian firearm ownership is perfectly fine with them acquiring suppressors. Why is a safety device so regulated.

As was shared on The Line’s Facebook page. I will repeat it: I certainly have no problem suggesting that the People ignore the National Firearms Act and Hughes Amendment, as well as most of the 922 rulings, due to the blatant and unrelenting violations committed against Constitutional law.

To expand. It’s the Supreme Court who are supposed to be the final power that defends Constitutional law when all other court fail to. And, when SCOTUS fails? All rights will eventually fall. Toppling like a formation of dominoes. Thus, it is left to the People to make a determination for each one of themselves on how they wish to be governed.

Taking to the purest form of understanding of the quote: “A law that violates the Constitution is not a law and is not, therefore, enforced,” -- a premise that was outlined by Marshall during Marbury v. Madison -- means that the People should adopt the mentality when it is the Courts who fail to defend their rights: as they are charged with doing.

In short, nobody is going to defend your rights except you.
