On Tuesday, we complied to whatever actions that have been demanded from the numerous complaints and have been pulling versions of the album from stores and re uploading a new set. (This takes 1-3 business days, but Apple Music does this within 6-12 hours). So far it baffles us “how can music can be a form of harassment?” In the songs there has been mention of anyone by name. Furthermore if there was a form of name dropping, can you genuinely prove that the name being mentioned is a specific person? Yes there was a number from Illinois ripped from a yellow pages, but no one was ever encouraged to go and start calling people and creating problems, those are actions taken by people with their own free will. We apologize for the inconvenience brought out by this but, If you are a offended by the music we produce, just don’t listen to it. If you don’t like the use pornography in a song, skip over it. If there have been irrefutable damages because of a song title and because the audio of a Porno (found on xvideos.com from one of those facial compilations, feel free to look it up. Just don’t forget to wash your hands.), then we apologize that you can’t differentiate between two completely different voices. Noxious will be rereleased as a 12 track, with one song having been change to accommodate for the backlash due to the use of pornography in Track #4. OK so to get things straight I uploaded a very opinionated photo earlier which is at the end of this. Only thing I was trying to do was trying to show my growth from being in a band that I had a horrible falling out with because of my own choices and behaviors. And because of this people came and tried to approach me for a legal issue about one of the songs in my album. Just so that I can clarify the voice on the track, literally from a porno that I sampled. It surprises me that people do not believe that and would like to cause trouble. So I’m behalf of those people who are trying to give me a headache and really start to rough me up I apologize and I reuploaded noxious without the track and anything that would be deemed inappropriate or a miss use of content. Now in the meantime, I will continue to be making music and continue to produce music and express myself and use it as a wayto continuously engage in therapy and improve myself. The whole concept of noxious was literally about my depression and what led to it and how I came out of it I made a very short story that I was going to clarify in a video but I’ve decided that it’s not worth my time if people are going to start some things. Which I’m not going to mention those people because it’s not my business and it’s not anyone’s business Who they are. This is the (very short) Story of Noxious: A while ago i was in this Band called, Subject to Change. We were an heavy alternative rock band. I was given the responsibilities of the Manager, Social Media Rep, Musical Director, and Booking Agent, without the benefits of them. We had a falling out lead by the rhythm guitarist in which the band members just broke up without notifying me (i was 2 steps away form booking a gig at a local bar). I found out that we had broken up later that week. After a while of not working with anyone, i started to work on my own and with other musicians and even got into a studio to record my first single “Block|_|Party”. After i had uploaded my music and started receiving traction for my single the original members had contacted me prior to one of my shows asking if they could play with me. At first i was reluctant, but after organizing ourselves and demanding the benefits of a leader, we performed our first and only gig at a battle of the bands. After this we recorded a cover of FCPREMIX, which had been done in the same studio i recorded My single. After that and an extended amount of time, the rhythm guitarist picked up my sloppy seconds and started fucking my ex. I feel into a deep depression and started trying to deal with it through music. As time went on i was fortunate to have had a support system and i even got an amazing upgrade. These things pushed to do things on my own and climb out of my suicidal tendencies. With trial and error i was able to see the fruits of my efforts and for that i am very thankful for. For everyone who has supported me i love you all, and for my current partner, I LOVE YOU.
