Minimalism is Simple

i like the subtleties of this drawing so i thought i’d have a detail shot too. I normally shrink my images to as small as i can get so only I have a big version.

on another note i think the problem with painting has been the the surface is too slick and the paint is being pushed around so i have hopefully corrected this problem with gesso.

Hello all

Sorry for the lack of updates on this blog - I've been going through some personal stuff lately that's preventing me from doing as much art as I'd like to.

I'm hoping that things will get better in the next two weeks or so...thanks for understanding

Instead I watched American Horror Story and Once Upon a Time and tried to catch up on YouTube videos. However I did send in another job application, so at least I did something productive, right?

so the first four hoards were so popular that theyve become kind of on ongoing series ! some of the ones here feature the commissioners ocs and personal items, but ALL of them involve things very dear to me: weird lizards on piles of junk
